Chapter 6

I sat there, not knowing what to say.

"Jayce.." I began.

"Your sweet and all, but I can't let Kelly take my brother and sister, I love them, and the've never been away from me before, We have been together since my mom ran away," I said, tears welled in my eyes, just thinking about my mom makes me cry.

"Maci, give me the summer to change your mind," He begged.

Next thing I knew he had leaned over and un buckled my seat belt, I let it slide across my body until i heard the familiar click of it back in place.

"Maci please," He pleaded again.

I was already upset as it was, I didn't want to break his heart and hurt myself as well.

"You have the few weeks before summer," I settled on.

He sighed heavily with relief, he was still leaned over. I allowed him to reach out and let him slide me into his lap.

"Thank you," he smiled down at me.

I sat up so i was facing him and taunted him with my eyes.

He lightly planted a kiss on my nose and started the truck up again.

"Uh Maci?" he asked.

"Oh ya right sorry," I mumbled sliding back into my seat.

JAYCES POV

I couldn't believe she agreed, I meant everything I had said to her.

I really did want her to mine, all mine.

I wish she hadn't moved back into her seat, best part is, it is a 6 seater truck.

Therefore there is a seat between us so all I really have to do is slide her over.

Damn she looked cute in that yellow dress, But if I could....

MACI'S POV...

"JAAYCE!" I screamed.

I watched as he quickly turned into the drive way, my tires squealed emencly.

We came to a complete stop and I ducked out of the truck school bag in hand.

"Wait," he called after me,

I grumbled and motioned for him to come in, considering i wasn't sure how he was getting home.

He fallowed obiently, But we hadn't even made it in the house before he slammed me up against the side of the house and crashed his lips on mine.

"I just couldn't help myself," He gasped pulling away.

"Its.. Its ok," I stammered.

"Good," He smiled down at me.

He wondered in the house his backpack swung over his left arm.

He left me there, still leaning on the wall, My hand still clenched my chest the other rose to my mouth in shock.

He kissed me... Jayce, the most popular guy in school kissed me!

I could feel the smile growing on my face, spreading and spreading.

"Maci?" Jayce called peering outside the door. I knew then my cheeks had turned a bright red and I covered my face gently, He laughed quietly before joining me again.

He had me in a trance, his warm, moist breath on my neck. I shivered slightly when he moved his body tight on mine. He held his lips inches from mine,

"Tell me what you want babe," he whispered in my ear, his hand moved from the wall to my waist but his eyes never came off mine. I watched as he shifted his other arm so it wrapped around my body,

"Just tell me what you want,"
