*DREAM*

I ran for my life, faster and faster like lightening. Threw the trees and thick bush, When I came to a tall brick wall blocking me from running any further, I opened my mouth to scream... But no sound came out.

Not a peep left my parted lips,

I was alone, helpless and scared,

"Jayce help me!" I wailed,

But there was no answer,

"Dad?!" I yelled in fright,

Still no answer,

I began to pound on the wall, with not a clue as to where I was or what was happening.

"Please!" I called out once more,

"please..."My voice became a low whisper...

I fell to the ground staggering with my back hard to the wall, Tears streamed down my face as I pulled my knees tight to my chest.

"Maci?" a small weak voice called out to me, Jayce emerged from the narrow alley that I somehow found myself in.

"It's alright now," He tried to comfort me,

"No, everyones gone now," I found myself saying, I was confusing myself now... What was I talking about?

Who was gone?

JAYCES POV....

Maci was shaking next to me, she had fell asleep next to me late last night. I apparently didn't notice she had been with me until now. I tried to wake her, but she continued to shake and sweat. I grabbed her arms and shook her fiercely,

"Maci baby!" I screamed at her, At this moment I didn't care if I woke the whole world, I wanted my girl to be ok. I heard heavy foot steps and more following them,

"Jayce?" Kelly called,

"Help," I gulped, trying to choke back my tears. Her head was hot to the touch the rest of her body boiled, I held her hand in mine and stroked it gently. Her dad came in with the doctor who lived across the road, he pushed me aside and went to checking her temperature.

"almost 140," He gasped,

"And?" I shook him by the shoulders,

"Boy stop that," Her dad snapped,

"Sorry," I mumbled,

"Get her to the hospital," He ordered,

*DREAM*

He held my hand tight, but he was crying to.

"No Maci, everyones save," He told me,

"No!" I screamed,

He stood up and pulled me to my feet,

"But you...." He uttered,

"No!" I screamed again,

"What is happening to me? Whats going on now?" I begged,

"Hayden.... the killer," He yelled pointing to the shadowy figure that appeared at the opposite end of the dark alley. The silhouette moved closer to me and I moved a hand to my heart.

I could see now it was Hayden,

I felt my heart stop,

This was the end now...
