Liam's POV
"What's wrong, Liam?"
I turned to look at them, "Nothing, just thinking about what could've been."
They smiled at me before it quickly faltered, "That makes me sad."
"It shouldn't because-"
Their hand, slightly paled and cold touched my chest, just over my heart, "I'm always here with you."
I nodded even though I could barely believe it myself, "Always."
Saying it every night and remembering what we had is all I can do. Now that they're gone.
