Y/N walked into Derek's loft and Lydia followed behind. Looking around he/she waved at the others in the room and made eye contact with someone, in particular, Peter Hale.

"Who's that?" Y/N questioned Lydia while looking in his direction. 

Lydia rolled her eyes after turning to look at who Y/N was talking about, "A pathological liar slash lunatic. Stay away from him for your own good." She smiled before walking to sit by Stiles.

Peter gasped, "A former lunatic, I'm much healthier now."  

Y/N walked over to introduce themself and Peter was captivated by him/her. Sitting down next to Peter they glanced at him, trying to figure out if he was actually bad news. 

After a second Y/N decided to say something, "Are you truly bad news, or is that what you choose to express around or more so towards people?" 

Taken aback by Y/N's question Peter replied, "Why is someone like you talking to me, who has the reputation you're talking about?"

Y/N nodded, acknowledging that was true but he/she didn't care. 

"I don't think you're as bad as people say you are. I feel that you choose to express that nature so others don't see you as vulnerable but powerful and unethical." 

Peter stared astonished by Y/N's words, maybe someone had actually figured him out. 

"What's your name?" Peter snapped. 

"Y/N." 

"Maybe you should listen to those people. I am not someone to be messed with." He flashed his eyes at him/her before getting up to go out the door. 

Smirking Y/N called out to him, "Was that supposed to scare me, Hale? I could crush you like a twig if I wanted to."

Peter turned towards Y/N, "Touché." 

He walked out of the loft as the others stared momentarily at Y/N. 

"Wow, I'm surprised he didn't do anything." Derek announced and the others agreed. 

"I have a way with words and besides I could sense he liked me." Y/N smirked and Lydia laughed at the comment. 

Lydia smiled at Y/N and said, "He sure was."
