Y/N leaves Scott because hunters and werewolves aren't supposed to be together

"So you're gonna leave, just like that?" he questioned, with his brows furrowed.

Y/N turned around and answered, "Yes and I know this hurts you, it hurts me too but we don't belong together."

"That is not a good reason for you to leave me, Y/N!" He rubbed his hand down his face before looking at Y/N once again.

"I understand that's what you think but I'm not going to leave my family to be with you... a-at least not at this time. In our eyes, hunters and werewolves don't belong together but my heart pushed me in your direction. My family doesn't like the fact we're together either and I have to continue the legacy, that's my job Scotty." Y/N turned, rubbing his/her tear away angrily.

He walked closer to Y/N, lightly rubbing down the length of his/her arm, something he did to calm them down.

"I know," he sighed, trying to think of a way to change y'alls situation but of course he couldn't. Your family are quite powerful people in and outside the supernatural world, they also wouldn't hesitate to kill him and his pack.

He walked over to his chest drawers, pulling out the watch his father had given to his mother. (i'm not exactly sure but for this imagine that's how it's going to be)

Scott gently grabbed Y/N's wrist, placing the watch in his/her hand, "I want you to have this. Something to keep your memory of me since I won't be with you physically."

Y/N looked at the watch with its tethered edges, feeling the roughness of it.

"Scotty..you, I c-can't," Y/N cried and sadness clouded his/her features.

Scott sadly smiled, "It's okay because I want you to have it."

"I love you, Scott." Y/N looked away then looked back at him.

Scott wiped away the lone tear, "I love you too."

Y/N smiled lightly, placed the watch in his/her bag, and headed towards the door. Opening it Y/N paused before turning towards Scott once again.

"This isn't goodbye."

"I know and I'll wait for you Y/N," Scott voiced sincerely and Y/N nodded in return.

"I have to do something first." Scott eyed Y/N, confused.

Y/N ran to kiss him passionately, more hungrily than the last.

They both pulled away, gasping, but still wanting more.

Y/N smiled, "I'll see you soon."

After the door closed Scott repeated to himself happily, "I'll see you soon."
