Tally Hall turns emo and meets My Chemical Romance

MCR...?

  I don't need to say this again but I feel as if I do. this whole book IS A JOKE. it's also an excuse for me to write weird tally hall & MCR crossover fanfiction. also, any like info about the...let's just say the shows in this book are not accurate at all!!!

   After they all turned emo, Zubin drove them to their local mall to go to Hot Topic to go get the appropriate attire for being emo. Why would you even bother to BE emo if you didn't somehow look like it? He wanted to put some music on because he didn't want to hear the awkward silence. He was also driving, so he couldn't go through his CDs without crashing the car. So he had Andrew do it.

   "Andrew, can you look through my CDs for me?" Zubin asked while still keeping his eyes on the road.

   "Uhh ok," Andrew replied. "Who do you want me to get?"

   "MCR." Zubin said.

   "MCR...? Who are they?" Andrew questioned.

   Zubin almost stopped the car because of how much shock he was in. He gasped as he looked at Andrew with the most shocked look, while Andrew just sat there in the passenger seat looking confused. Zubin could see why he was confused because he used "MCR" instead of My Chemical Romance. But almost everyone knew that abbreviation! Or so he thought.

   "Y-You don't know who MCR is? They're My Chemical Romance. You may have heard of them somewhere. At least their name." Zubin said while he had disbelief in his tone.

   "I haven't," Andrew said. "Does anyone in this car besides you know who they are?"

   "No." The 3 said collectively.

   If anything, this put Zubin in more shock! How could none of them know who they are?! MCR wasn't that popular but 1/5 of people knew who they were somehow. Probably. 

   "Okay. I'll explain it to you guys. My Chemical Romance/MCR/My Chem is one of the best rock bands of all time. Everyone calls them emo which I can understand since they play a big part in emo culture. But they're rock! The band started in 2001 and they're from New Jersey. The members consist of Gerard Way & Mikey Way, they're brothers, Ray Toro, and Frank Iero." Zubin said.

   The band looked at him as if he were crazy. They were now emo too but how did he know so much about a band (he didn't really but to them, it seemed as if he did because they knew nothing) in possibly the span of two days? This made no sense, but they all thought it was interesting so they listened.

   "Since you guys don't know their work I'll put on one of their albums. Andy, pull out the CD that has the two lovers on the front with blood on their faces."

   "Okay..."

   Once Andrew popped open the CD out of its case the 5 were met with a song. A good song. It made them wanna scream the lyrics at the top of their lungs even though they didn't know them yet. That's just how much of a good song it was. When it went to the chorus, the band completely lost their shit with the guitar playing. And the singing! Amazing. They didn't know who was singing but they were obviously talented with the amount of emotion they sang with. The song's name was "Helena". They would all definitely download this song on iTunes later. (btw this takes place in 2006-2007 so they would def do that)

   But by the time the song was over, they had arrived at the mall. They frowned as they had to put the CD back in its case and get out of the car. Zubin was laughing the whole time, it was cute to him how they were discovering My Chemical Romance for the first time. Like a kid getting a toy on Christmas.
