Chapter 63

Luke's POV

"Okay guys! So first off thank you for coming to the question and answer thing we do! It means a lot to us and before we start I have a question for you. As you all probably know Abbey Nelson and I have two beautiful and wonderful kids together. I did some things I'm not proud of and I really want her back. So will you all help me with something?" I said into the mic smiling at the audience thankful Abbey wasn't here yet

I got a loud "yes!"

"Great! Thank you guys! Okay so she's coming to the show tonight and after Amnesia I want to ask her to be my girlfriend. So I need each section to say a different word." I pointed to five sections "start over there and end on the floor and just say will you be Luke's girlfriend?"

I heard a bunch of aw's and laughs

Abbey's POV

I walked in the arena and heard fans asking the boys questions I walked past the stage and poked my head out and waved while smiling then walked back into hair and makeup. I sat down in the chair and they started curling my extremely long dark brown hair while at the same time doing my makeup.

After about two hours I was finished and the show had started and there was about ten minutes till I go on. Selena and I walked around the dressing room and practiced Beside You and Amnesia.

"Okay sis make sure you say I remember the day I told you I was leaving I remember the make up running down your face"

I nodded slowly and Allison texted me saying the kids were asleep which I was grateful for.

We were given the que and we walked out to the wings of the stage.

Once the song stopped Calum said "Okay so we have a special surprise for you guys. If you didn't know Abbey and Selena Nelson are really good singers! We thought maybe they could come sing a few songs with us? What do you all think?" I heard a ton of screaming "okay can you all help me welcome to the stage Abbey and Selena Nelson!" They screamed even louder as we both walked out and waved to everyone and hugged all the boys but I skipped Luke because I felt awkward.

"Hi guys!" I said into the mic

"Hey fam!" Selena laughed "is you all ready to hear us slay the songs?"

I laughed as the crowd screamed

"Let's do this ish!" I laughed

The music for Beside You started playing and I stood in between Mikey and Luke and Selena stood on between Calum and Luke.

Selena and I causally sang the whole song with the boys which was awkward because it kind of describes the breakup Luke and I had. Once we finished both songs everyone clapped for us and we bowed and giggled

"Thank you guys so much!" I smiled as I said into the mic

"That slayed guys!" Selena laughed

Luke looked at me "they all have a question for you. Guys can you ask her now? Ready? 1! 2! 3!"

I heard a bunch of "Will you be Luke's girlfriend?!"

My eyes got wide and I looked at Luke who had stepped away from the mic to talk to me and I put my down as he smiled softly "Please Abbey we can be together? I love you so much, and I ended it with her and I just need you please Abbs"

I sighed and looked at the audience then at the ground then back to Luke and smiled "Yes Luke. Yes I'll be your girlfriend"

He wrapped his arms around me and picked me up spinning around and then went up to the mic and yelled "She said yes!" And everyone cheered as I blushed and giggled cuddling into Luke. He pecked my lips and I waved to everyone as Sel and I walked off stage.

After the show ended Allison thankfully agreed to keep the kids over night so Luke and I could talk this out. He took a shower and fixed his hair the way I like (the only way he wears it) and made sure he had his lip ring on and ran out and wrapped his arms around me and I smiled and cuddled into him "Hi baby girl" he said before kissing my head "I wanna take you somewhere special"

I smiled "Now?"

"Yep! Let's go"

He laced our fingers together and walked out to his car and we both got in and he held my hand the whole way there. He pulled up at our old house and we both got out and he opened the door and I walked in "Luke, why are we here?"

He smiled and pulled me towards the bedrooms "I want you to see something" he opened the first room and revealed a pink nursery with the baby crib, changing table, dresser, a closet full of clothes, a rocking chair, and baby toys. Then he lead me to another room before I could say anything which was a blue nursery set up the same way as the last one.

"Luke, did you do all of this?" I looked around then back at him and he nodded and pulled me to our old room which was also completely redone. "Why did you do this?"

He sighed and sat on the bed "I always had this tiny bit of hope inside of me that you would come back and we could be a family. I thought maybe you would and I hoped you would. I wanted to come after you but I didn't know where to go. And I'm sorry"

I smiled softly "but we're back"

He laid back on the bed "But still. Abbey I want us to be a family"

"We are"

"I want us to move back in here babe and we can be a family. Just the three of us in our house"

"Luke I don't know..." I trailed off

"Abbey please" he said quietly

"Let me think about it. Okay? We have the kids to think about. What if we break up again. I don't want too this is just a what if. We put the kids through that again. They don't even really know you. But then again they're so little it wouldn't matter"

He nodded slowly as he stared at the ceiling. I began to get lost in my own thought. I didn't know how this would go. I mean yesterday I saw him with her and now he's with me. It's weird and twisted and I can't make sense of it. I'm happy but at the same time something's yelling stop and my brains trying to put on the breaks. Like I'm in the middle of an intersection about to be hit by a car.

I got up from the bed and walked back over to the kids rooms and started looking around. After about ten minutes Luke came in Brooklyn's room and sat in the rocking chair.

"We'd have to get beds but they're still in a crib right now"

He smiled "Does that mean?"

I nod slowly "I want to take us slow though. Okay?"

He got up and hugged me "Of course"

"We need more clothes for them then" I laughed

"What about your house in the U.S.?"

I sighed "I need to go get my stuff and the kids stuff. But I want to keep the house. I'll just bring back all the clothes and we can vacation there" He smiled at me and I said "We need to go get food for the house and set everything up so we can bring them here. We need a baby gate for the basement stairs"

He laughed "Are we doing this tonight?"

I looked at him "Well of course. I want to bring the babies home to their new home"
