Chapter 66

Luke's POV

When I woke up my arms were wrapped around Abbey and she was cuddled into my chest. I heard little footsteps and looked up to see Brooklyn standing in the doorway whimpering a little "No no no no don't cry baby"

I quickly removed myself from Abbey and picked her up and shut the door and took her into the living room where she screamed on the top of her little lungs "MOMMA!"

Abbey walked out half asleep and grabbed her from me walked into the kitchen got a bottle and gave it to her and she sat on the ground quietly. Abbey then walked back into our room laid on the bed and went back to sleep like nothing had happened.

Brooklyn moved away from me and sucked her bottle. Soon Mason came out and started playing with trucks. I sat on the couch and watched them quietly not really moving just sitting and watching. So eventful I know. What if they don't like me? I'm going to hope it's because they aren't morning people and not because they hate me. Looking at the positive side of life.

I heard a knock at the door. I opened it to see Calum and Mason and Brooklyn both looked up and yelled "Uncle Cally!"

He laughed "Hey kiddies" he looked at me "Tell me how you go shopping without being mobbed. When you need something private"

I gave him a weird look "What?"

He sighed "okay look. Allison and I are going out tonight and I need something so I don't have those" he pointed to the kids

"Ohhhhh dude I have a brand new box in the bathroom. Want me to get them for you?"

"Please? It'll save me from getting mobbed while buying condoms. We don't need those pictures out there. All the fans need to know is you're stupid and a giraffe and Abbey is weird"

I gave him a weird look "watch my kids real quick and next time order online"

He walked in and shut the door and started playing with Mason while I went in the bathroom and dug through Abbey's old makeup and hair stuff she left behind and found the box and accidentally slammed the bathroom door. She sat up and looked at me "isn't this how we broke up the first time?"

I laughed nervously "You aren't saying"

She busted out laughing "Your face was hilarious!"

I gave her a straight face "That was hilarious"

"Yes it was" she said getting up and putting her robe on and walking out

I followed and threw the box at Calum "Merry Christmas. Use them please"

Abbey gave me a weird look "Well what if we needed those?"

I stopped and stared at her "What?"

"Well..."

"Don't tease me Nelson"

She smirked and laughed while walking into the kitchen and started making breakfast

Abbey's POV

"Hey Cal? You staying for breakfast?" I yelled from the kitchen

He got up and walked into the kitchen with the kids and sat at the table "Please?"

I laughed "Yeah of course you can"

I grabbed the waffle maker and waffle mix and mixed it together and put mix into the maker while I watched the bacon and eggs. About 15 minutes later I put food on plates and put them on the table and sat down "Okay. Brooklyn before you even ask yes you have to eat it all and do you want mummy to cut it up for you?"

"Yes pwease" she said and I grabbed her plate and cut up the waffle and then handed it back to her

Once we all finished eating Calum left and I grabbed the kids and took them to the bathroom "Okay both of you gotta potty then we can take a bath or get dressed. Mummy will be right back" I ran into the kitchen and wiped the waffle maker down and put the two pans into the dishwasher and walked back into the bathroom "I was thinking but I'll have to get your permission first. Who wants to go to the beach!?"

Both of their faces lit up and they started jumping up and down yelling "Yes yes yes yes yes!"

I laughed "Okay let's go get your swimsuits and sunscreen on. I'll go get the stuff you take your clothes off" I walked into their rooms and for the swimsuits and grabbed sunscreen and went back into the bathroom and handed Mason his swim trunks and I put the bottoms on Brooklyn and and then her top "Who wants to get sun screen first?"

They looked at each and Mason sighed "I will Mummy"

I took the spray sunscreen and sprayed Mason everywhere then Brooklyn and I told them to go get beach toys from their rooms.

I walked into Luke and I's bedroom and I saw him laying on our bed. I grabbed my bikini and turned my back to him and quickly put it on and then I climbed onto the bed "Wanna go to the beach with me?" I smiled

He wrapped his arms around me pulling me to his chest and smiled "I'd love too babe"

"Yayyy! Get your swimsuit on and we'll go" I got off the bed and went into the bathroom to put my hair up in a bun and brush my teeth and walk out and he had his swim trunks on

He smirked "Remember the one trip to the beach where we-" I cut him off by kissing him

"Shh there are kids here weirdo"

"Well I was just saying that's what did happen" he kissed my neck

"And that's what's not about to happen lover boy" I laughed

He pouted and I kissed his pout "Now let's go be a family" I grabbed his hand and laced our fingers together and walked into Brooklyn's room where I saw her and Mason playing together and I smiled and put my head on Luke's shoulder "Lets go feet our flip flops on and go bye bye" they ran towards the front door and Mason gave Luke his flip flops which he put on and I grabbed Brooklyn's and put hers on and Luke and I slipped ours on and I put them on the car seats and got in the passengers seat and Luke got in the drivers and started driving.

Once we got here I was thankful to see that there weren't any paparazzi people in sight. But Luke and I both knew that someone soon would tweet out our location and the paps would surround us so let's try to make the most of this.
