Chapter 22

Abbey's POV

I woke up naked next to Joey. My head on his chest an his arm wrapped around me. I can't believe that happened last night. I can't believe we did that last night. But whatever. Joey started to play with my bare back, making little circles with his fingers. I smiled and said "Good morning" joey laughed and said "I think it was a good night but we could make it a good morning too" I rolled my eyes and said "Shut up you idiot" he smirked and started kissing my neck. Soon he was on top of me and I heard "Abbs! Abbs! Are you here?" Crap it's Jesy. How does she know I'm here!? I pushed Joey off me and he fell onto the floor and yelled "Ow! Shit! What was that for?" then I yelled "Shut up! Mum? is that you?" She walked in and I pulled the blanket around my bare body and I said "Heyyyyyy... I was just going to um uh get dressed. I uh just got out of the shower" Joey being himself got up and said "Hey! Why'd you push me off of you. Oh hey Jesy" I looked at him and if looks could kill he would be dead. Jesy looked at me and said "You didn't" I blushed a deep red and said "okay don't kill me" Jesy said trying now to lose it "Joey put your pants on and go out into the living room. Take your shirt too. Cause ain't no one wanna see that" I laughed slightly and Jesy have me a death glare. Joey was on the floor getting dressed. He got up and walked out into the living room. Jesy scoffed and said "Put some god damn clothes on" I sighed and rolled of the the bed on to the floor and grabbed my bra and underwear and sweat pants and sweat shirt and put them on. I climbed back on the bed and Jesy was giving me a death glare and said "Listen. I'm very disappointed in you. Did you even use protection? As your mother I know for a fact that your not on birth control. Before you ask yes you are answering these questions. Did he use protection. Your basically saying your pregnant if you didn't and if your not pregnant your pretty god damn lucky." I sighed embarrassed that I was having this conversation with Jesy. I knew I was blushing when I said "Mummy? I, I don't think he used protection" Jesy looked like she was going to explode out she took a breathe and said "So basically I'm a grandma" I sighed and said "No." She looked like she was going to kill me, literally kill me. She was turning red but she said "Abbey! Look. It's really simple. You two slept together and didn't use protection that makes you pregnant. And if your not your pretty lucky" I sighed and said "I know. Okay? It was a stupid thing to do and I'm not trying to change the subject but how do you know if here?" She sighed and said "Selena called me on her way up here because she was worried about you. I was already here when I got her message that you were fine when I was already here and we told me where a spare key is so yeah. Come on" she got up of the bed and I said "Where are you going?" she sighed and said "Not me us and your going to get a pregnancy test" I sighed and nodded and got up an followed her. I smiled and Joey as Jesy pulled me out of the house and into a car waiting in the drive way. The whole car ride was silent. An awkward silence. After about an hour we made it to the hospital. Jesy handed me sunglasses and out them on herself obviously not wanting to get found by the paps. Jesy signed me in and we waited and waited while I explained over texts to Joey where I was and what was happening. He was scared out if his mind just like me. Soon I was called back and the nurse said "Okay so when did you have intercourse last" I was shocked at her question I looked to Jesy and he have me a death glare and I said "Last night" she nodded and said "Give me your arm" I nodded and rolled up my sleeve and she cleaned my arm where she was going to stick me with a needle she poked it into my arm and started to draw blood from my arm. Soon she was done and testing it. Jesy looked at me and said "Abbs?" I sighed and she continued "You know I'm not going to disown you if the test is positive. This is new to me and hopefully you too. I'm just a tad but disappointed it you and I know that you almost saw me sleep with George so maybe this is my fault." I didn't want to look at Jesy put I have to I sighed and said "Mum? This isn't your fault. I'm the one who did that. So don't blame yourself." She nodded any there was a knock on the door and the nurse walked in and she said "Ms.Nelson you are not pregnant" I smiled and said "Thank you" she nodded and walked out. I got up and hugged Jesy and said "Thank god" we walked quickly out to the car trying not to get recognized by anyone. When we got to the car I texted Joey 'Congrats were not parents' Jesy drove to a Mexican restaurant that is right outside the mountains. We sat down and are some food and talked. This was a bad day yet it's was good too. Is that possible? I hope so
