Chapter 23

Kourtney's POV

Logan wants to go to Disney Land in Paris. I'm all for it, it's just I don't know if I wanna leave Abbey and Selena in charge of the house. I mean I trust and love them but come on. Wouldn't anyone be nervous about leaving there house in the care of friends. But Abbey and Selena do live there. Yeah I guess I should go. I mean I've always wanted to go to Disney Land in Paris. Abbey comes back in two days. Selena got back two days ago. Her and James have been together since then. He hasn't left her side. I think she's in love. Maybe Logan and I should go down to the lake for the day. We got a man made lake built in the woods behind the house. We have jet skis and boats and stuff to water ski and tube. It's a lot of fun. My parents want to visit but I hate when they come here. All they so is complain. Like seriously shut up. "Logan!" I yelled. He walked into the living room and said "Yeah?" I smiled an said "Wanna go down to the lake?" he nodded and said "Yeah sure. Wanna take Selena?" I shook my head and said "Nah. She's with James anyway" he nodded and went to get food from the kitchen and out it in a basket and I got sunglasses and our swim suits and put them in a bag and we walked out to the shed to get the four wheelers to ride down there. Thankfully we keep sunscreen and towels down at the cottage and on the boat. I hopped on a four wheeler and rode on the path down to the lake Logan right on my trial. I parked by the front door to the cottage and went and unlocked the door and walked in and went straight to Logan and I's bed room. I went I to the bathroom and got dressed then exited to find Logan all dressed and ready. We walked down the stairs and into the kitchen/living room area then I unlocked the sliding glass doors and walked down the twenty steps to the grass then to the boat. Logan and I uncovered the boat and hopped on. Logan started it and backed out and away from the dock. I put on sun tanning lotion and want and laid out in the sun. I had my sunglasses on. The radio playing. The boat in the middle of the lake.

Abbey's POV

"Mum" my voice warned. Jesy looked at me and rolled her eyes. I sighed and said "Mum. I'm fine. Get back to tour. Were going back to florida in two days. This trip was supposed to strengthen our relationship. And we haven't done much talking" Jesy rolled her eye yet again and said "No duh. I swear Abbey, don't get pregnant. Don't. Get. Pregnant." I laughed and said "I won't. Jade, Leigh and Perrie are waiting out there for you. Go!" She nodded and hugged me and said "I'm gonna miss you. Abbey I swear to god if your pregnant the next time I see you I will kill you. Ain't nobody got time for a baby. And I'm 22 I'm wayyyyyyy to young!" I laughed at the way Jesy said that. She's something else. I looked at her and said "I promise. We'll me more careful" she rolled her eyes "Yeah. Use protection next time you dumb asses!" with that she walked out. I looked at Joey and said "Finally! Don't get me wrong I love Mum. It's just. She walked in on us." Joey laughed and said "Yeah. I gotta admit Jesy seeing me naked was a bit embarrassing." I blushed and said "How do you think I felt. At least you got to get dressed behind the bed." Joey laughed and said "You don't need to be embarrassed about anything." I turned bright red and said "We have to talk out all of our old problems." He sighed and said "I knew it was coming." He led me to the couch and I said "out in LA when you left. What was that?" he sighed and looked down at his hands then back at me and said "Me being jealous. I have been with you since we started dating. I didn't like the idea of leaving you out there. What happened after I left" I took my eyes off of his and looked around the room and said "You can't freak out. I'm fine now. Let me completely finish before you say anything." He nodded and I continued "I got very upset that night I cried for the longest time on the bathroom floor. It brought back memories to when I was little. A lot f bad things happened to me and I started thinking about them and I blacked out I came to when I was in Jesy's arms only to fall back into the darkness. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and my heart rate was dropping quickly. I-I flat lined. They obviously brought me back. The last time they tried it worked if Jesy wouldn't have been in there I would be dead right now. She begged and begged for them to try one more time and they did" Joey looked as if he was going to cry. My legs were across his lap he was just staring at my face he wasn't moving at all. It's scaring me. At least I see his shoulders moving so I know he's moving. About five minutes passed and he said in a small voice "Your fine though. Right?" I smiled and said "Yes. I'm absolutely fine. I just can't get really upset like that otherwise I'll blackout and have to get to the hospital and I'll be fine. They didn't know what was wrong with me that's why my heart rate dropped so quickly. But I promise you in fine. Nothing's wrong with me. I'll live a normal life. Don't worry about me please. Joey? Please don't worry about me" he nodded and I laughed and he said "What?" I shrugged and said "I don't know." He gave me his best fake smile. I know he's hurt by this. I can tell. The look of hurt in his eyes. He's worried about me. He doesn't get them I'm fine. I'm 100% fine. Nothing's wrong with me. I just has to control my emotions. I sighed and said "Joey? I'm fine. Stop worrying." He looked away from me. Is he mad at me? I said "Are you mad at me?" Joey turned back to me after about 30 seconds. He had tears in his eyes a a few running down his perfect face. God. If Joey's crying I'll cry too. We'll cry together. Then I'll end up on his lap as my face is buried in his chest as I sob and he sobs. Cue Adele music. I put myself on Joey's lap and said "Don't cry. Please don't cry. I'm fine. I promise you. I swear on my life that I'm fine and nothing will happen." He smiled a real genuine smile and said "I know baby" he kissed me. A full on passionate kiss full of lust and passion. I put my hands up Joey's shirt and pulled it off. He pulled mine off soon we were both almost naked. When I pulled away from our passionate kiss and said "Protection?" he laughed an said "Of course beautiful" he got off of me, which we were now laying on the floor of the living room. He climbed back on me....
