Author's POV

Blue was right now in his cabin, working while getting lost in his thoughts. Aiden had told him what happened and to say Blue was pissed would be an understatement. The way Aiden described Aly's state sent goosebumps all over him.

He knows for a fact he would have had an attack himself if he ever had to see her like that. He can't even imagine what Aiden must have felt. Yet he still managed to bring her back, make her okay. God how strong was the man?

A knock brought him out of his thoughts, it was a team member, Louis, he was a very friendly person. Blue had made friends with him on his first day only.

Louis was here to give him some files of a project, but since he was a very talkative person, Blue couldn't help but catch onto a line that he said,
'The ceo has called the Ray's for a private meeting.'

As soon as Blue had got an idea what this could be, he immediately dismissed Louis and ran towards the elevator.

But as the elevator door opened on Aiden's floor, the first thing he saw was two faces. Two horrified faces, two horribly sweating faces.

One an older male and one around his age. The older aged man was sweating and constantly wiping it with his hands.

But what caught his attention was the other male, the slightly younger one, and no, not his face. His attention was wholly focused on the male's hand. Which had a whole ass pen stuck in the middle of his palm. Blood was constantly dripping from the handkerchief that was wrapped around it.

Blue's eyes focused on the older man and he knew who he was looking at by the familiar hazel eyes.

Mikael Ray, Aly's father.

He looked at the other male and he could already guess who that could be. Aly's step brother. Both the males hurriedly went inside the elevator as Blue exited it.

But a sudden urge to revenge Aly took over Blue and he didn't even realise, he tripped Aron, purposely.

The guy fell face first, but in order to save himself he put his palm on the elevator floor which ofcourse wasn't a good idea as the pen that was stuck in the middle of his palm came out from the back of his hand.

A screech resonated on the entire floor as the male screamed in pain. His father immediately went down helping him.

"Oh god am so sorry. I didn't mean to trip you. Are you okay?" Blue hurriedly said in fake concern.

"No, no he's fine. Please ignore him. He had an... accident."
The older male had said before the elevator closed.

Blue just stood there staring at the now closed elevator door.
Aiden had done something. And he had done something big.

He turned around to legit get scared out of his minds.
