Author's POV
Both Blue and Aly were speechless at the gifts they just got. This was priceless, no money could ever buy this.
They both felt tears in their eyes at the beautiful sight in front of them.
"He stopped years ago, but recently tried making them again after i had to pester him for months, see I knew my son was talented." Mrs. Cullen said proudly and looked around at everyone who were just left speechless.
No one was saying anything. And Aiden was just staring at his partners fondly admiring their faces.
No matter how much they tried, Blue and Aly just couldn't take their eyes off of the paintings in their hands.
They were paintings of them. Aiden had painted both of them for their Christmas gifts.
"Little lamb, this was the first time I saw you. You looked absolutely breathtaking, and you had managed to take my breath away actually with just those soft eyes. I just wanted to keep that memory fresh for my life, so i decided to paint it, that way it will always stay there. And Queen, remember when we first went on a Picnic, that was the first time you had come out of the house after a year. We were roaming around in the forest area when suddenly you looked at me with these eyes. They held something strong. I didn't admit it then. But I knew what it was. It was the time I realised I was in love with you." Aiden finished telling them the story behind his paintings and didn't have time to say more as both of them jumped over him, making him fall backwards on the carpet.
He made an 'oof' sound and hugged both his crying babies tightly. Both of them just cried and cried at the extraordinary gift. Both the mothers chuckled at their children and went to pat their heads to calm them down.
Aiden looked at the side to see Mr. Cullen mouthed him a 'Am proud of you son'. He gleamed at that.
The rest of the night went by with lots of hugs and kisses and laughter.
Its safe to say, they all had the best Christmas ever.
All they needed for Christmas was each other.
