Blue's POV

"You can come in Andrew." I told my bodyguard who looked back at me. He wasn't really muscular like all the other guards, but he was rather lean.

But I know for a fact that Aly chose him for me so there must be something about him that's gonna keep me safe.

"No master, you go in I'll stay right outside." He told me leaving me no better than an apple.
God, why is the word so weird, I can't fucking imagine people calling me that.

I sent him an icy glare which made him flinch but look down in apology as he realised the one thing I have told him not to do for the millionth time.

"Not to call me master."

"Now am not gonna talk to you!" I simply told him before turning around and walking inside the house, or more like my previous one.

"My son's here." I heard my mum's excited squeal before I was engulfed into a bear hug by my mum.

It's always so nice to come and visit my parents. But now everytime I come, I have this sense of knowing that am visiting a place.

I am not at home.

Because my home is where they are.

My little kingdom is back there, with those two rulers, who rule over all of my heart.

I sat down as Mom started serving me dishes after dishes, she always does that and honestly it scares me, what if I turn fat?

But even after that, they would love me, I know.

A hot feeling settled over my cheeks as I realised that I was still thinking about them.

Oh god, am so whipped.

I saw Mom giving me a knowing grin making the hot feeling just turn ten times worse.

I looked down and took a sip of my favourite corn soup, even though Aiden had made that for me in the morning. They were both mad that I didn't eat anything besides the soup, but I really wasn't in any mood to eat anything.

I looked up at my dad when I felt a stare and as I felt, he was staring at me. I frowned and tucked my chin upwards asking him what's wrong but he just shook his head and started eating again.

I looked down at my plate of food and suddenly the appetite flew away. There was always something that I saw in those eyes.

My father had something to say to me, yet he always looked like he couldn't. Like there was something stopping him.

I just sat there silently listening to my Mum talking about random things and sometimes about how she misses me.

My Dad was silent, so was I, but I had long made him realise that we need to talk.

After an hour, we both walked inside a room, knowing well we needed to talk.

He looked up and smiled at me, but I saw right through the fake smile,
"Say it Dad, come on." I said it straight forward.

I wanted to know what is it that's been bothering him for so long that he has started avoiding talking to me much.

"What do you mean son?" He tried to get away but he didn't know that I knew for a fact that there was something.

I sighed and sat down on the carpet at his feet where he was sitting on the bed,
"I know there's something bothering you Dad, please tell me, please let me help you." I said softly looking up at him.

He looked down at me and gave a small smile,
"My smart child, you always know don't you?" He said and I nodded my head with a rigid face.

"I am just... scared son." He stated and the defeated look that came over his face was something I had never seen before.
