Author's POV
"Sit up."
The command was loud and clear and Blue didn't waste a second before sitting up straight, that's when he noticed the saline drip connected to his hand.
He gulped as he realised the possible reasons that could have caused this situation.
His clothes had been changed into his night clothes, his eyes fell on the clock on the wall and he read the time, 4 am it was.
How long has it been?
He took a deep breath realising that he had actually fainted in the middle of a street and Aiden bought him home.
That Aiden had found him in that state, the thought alone made his heart clench in guilt.
How scared must the man be?
And where is Aly?
Is she okay?
He looked at Aiden who stood up and walked to him, his steps too slow to Blue's liking.
Aiden's eyes didn't once stopped at Blue, he simply walked around the bed and as if just realising, Blue saw Aiden picking up a plate of food that was kept on the bed side table.
Aiden sat down in front of Blue and kept the tray of food over his own lap, he picked up the fork and then himself started feeding the green vegetables, along with some fruits to Blue.
Blue ate everything he was given quietly knowing well how pissed Aiden was right now.
He made a disgusted face as the broccoli was put up next in front of his lips, Aiden took a deep breath still not looking at him and Blue opened his mouth without a word.
He didn't want Aiden anymore mad than he already was.
He ate all the food and then even before he could pick the plate up, Aiden picked it up and kept it at the bed side table.
Blue frowned as Aiden got some medicines for him, but nonetheless he took them and then drank the glass of water Aiden gave him.
"Lay down." The sharpness in the voice was too scary for Blue to deny.
He laid back down on the bed, a lot of questions were unanswered as he stared at Aiden who went and sat back down on the chair again drinking his whiskey.
A sharp pain shot in his chest at the thought of Aiden not joining him in bed.
He turned to his side and looked at Aiden,
"Am sorry." Blue's eyes welled up as the broken whisper echoed in the silent room.He saw Aiden's hand clenching around the glass so tightly that he worried that it might break. Aiden's jaw was clenched and he had his eyes squeezed shut.
Then finally after what felt like an eternity, Aiden dark grey eyes opened and stared at Blue and a shiver ran down Blue's spine at that.
