She sit in front of him on their favorite Italian restaurant. They stare at each other. No one wants to start talking. Sarah look to her side and her tears fell. She feels really guilty.
"Love, I'm sorry." Matteo holds her hand on the table.
"I have to tell you something Matty." She broke her silence.
"Anything." Matt said.
"Si Gerald." She started. She look at him and she can see pain in his eyes. But he didn't say anything. He's ready to whatever she's going to say.
"Gerald is part of my past. Siya ang lalake sa mga panaginip ko."
"Is your memory back?"
"No. And I don't think I'll get it back. I got my results of my MRI and CT scans. My doctor said that the damage on my memory part of my brain is very severe."
"Then, why do you have these dreams?"
"The psychologist thinks my dreams is a way ng brain ko to remember my past. The past that I have been avoiding for almost seven years. I need to accept it and find myself that way I can start fresh and with no regrets." Naiiyak na sya.
"And Gerald is your past?" He ask. He already knew all this. He doesn't Sarah to know because he knows Sarah will never go back to him.
She nods. "I need to fix things with him. All his memories are back and he's determined to get me back. He's doing everything he can," she continue. "I'm not going to lie that lalong gumagaan ang loob ko sa kanya."
"The heart never forgets," he said. "Do you still love me Sarah?"
"I care a lot about you Matty. I still have feelings for you but I'm so confused," she confessed.
"Then, lets start over Sarah. You and me. We can start over. I promise I will change. I'll do anything and everything you want me to. I'll pay more attention towards your feelings, I'll be more thoughtful, I'll be less of an asshole-"
"You don't need to change for someone to love you Matty. Right now it's so complicated. I can't even describe how complicated things are. I need so much time. I need-"
"Me! Sarah, you need someone to help you with all of this. I'm here. Please give me one last chance." He begs her.

"I'm home! Nico?" Gerald said walking inside Sarah's house.
They have one week left till they go back to the Philippines. They have shipped all the big boxes to the Philippines. Sarah also found a buyer for her house. A newlywed couple.
"Ge! Ang aga mo ah?"
"Low count kasi sa hospital kaya nag volunteer ako umuwi na. Si Nico?"
"Natutulog na. Pass ten na eh. Inantok na."
"Si Sarah?"
"Ahhhh..." Maja's thinking if she should tell him or not. "I'm sure if I should tell you." She's being honest.
"Nasaan ang asawa ko?!" Naiinis na si Gerald.
Nagulat naman si Maja sa reaction ni Gerald. "Nakikipag usap kay Matteo sa isang restaurant hindi ko alam!" Mabilis na sabi ni Maja dahil na rin sa takot.
Lalong nag dilim ang mga paningin ni Gerald. He was about to storm out and look for Sarah.
"Gerald! You need to calm down!" Pag piit ni Maja. "Gerald!"
