Clarkes POV

I wake up to hear Madi throwing up in the bathroom and Bellamy, not in bed. I check my phone and see it's five thirty in the morning. She wasn't feeling well last night and I thought she had too much to eat or was tired. I get out of bed grab one of Bellamy's sweatshirts and head into our bathroom. Madi is sitting by the toilet crying while Bellamy wipes her face. "She still not feeling good?" I ask. "Nope she's been like this for the last fifteen minutes," He says looking up at me, "I was hoping we wouldn't wake you. I know you have work at seven and we were up late with her last night." "Bell, if she's sick I am calling in and staying home with her," I say sitting next to Madi. "Momma, I don't feel good," Madi cries leaning into me. "What time does your shift start?" I ask him. "Not till later tonight I work the one to nine shift tonight with Miller," He responds, "If you want me to stay home and help with Madi I will I can always call Pike to get someone to cover."

"Bell you go to work I will stay with Madi today," I tell him. "Okay if you're sure," He says sitting next to me and rubbing Madis back. "Why don't we try and go back to sleep, Madi can sleep with us?" Bell asks. "Yes please, I'm exhausted already," I say leaning into his side. "I'll grab a puke bucket for her, you two get in bed and snuggle up," he says, kissing me. Once we get into bed I grab my phone and let my boss know I won't be in today since Madi is homesick.

I woke up at eight and saw Madi asleep on top of Bellamy. She was against him most of the night because he was warm and she was complaining about being cold. I quietly get out of bed, letting Madi and Bell sleep so I can make breakfast. I let Stella outside to go potty while I put toast in for Madi. It wasn't long till I felt two strong arms wrap around me from behind. "I thought you were still sleeping?" I said leaning into him. I was but I woke up when you weren't there plus Madi took your spot when you got out of bed," Bellamy says, "What are you making?" "eggs and toast but mainly toast for Madi so she can hopefully keep it in her system," I say.

"Mommy, Daddy," Madi yells before we hear her puke again. I sigh," Go help her I will take over," Bellamy says kissing my cheek. "It's going to be a long day," I say. I walk into our room and Madi is crying with the bucket in her lap. "Momma my tummy hurts," She says as I grab a rag. "I know honey I'll see if we have medicine in a minute," I tell her softly, "Daddy is making toast and eggs for you, do you want to try and eat something?" I ask her. She nods and hands me her bucket. I take the bucket and wash it out before putting it on the bedside table. Madi climbs out of bed and walks into the kitchen with me. "Hey pumpkin, you feeling any better?" Bellamy asks handing her a plate as she sits down. She shrugs, "Not much."

"I gotta go get ready for work yell if you need anything," Bellamy says kissing me and walking over to Madi. "I hope you start feeling better soon honey I hate when your sick," Bellamy says hugging Madi and kissing her cheek. I grab some medicine for Madi from the cabinet and hand her it. "Here honey this should help you feel better," I tell her as I go to let Stella back in. "Can we watch a movie after I eat?" Madi asks. "Yes that sounds like a great idea," I tell her walking back over. Bellamy comes out of our bedroom in his uniform. "Alright I got to go to work but

I will be home as soon as I can," Bellamy says coming over to me. I press my lips to him, every time we kiss it feels like the first time all over again. Madi starts to giggle as we pull away, "Alright silly goose I will see you later," Bellamy says walking over and tickling Madi. "Bye Daddy, love you!" "I love you too peanut, I hope you get better soon!" Bellamy says kissing her cheek. "And I love you, my lovely wife," Bellamy says kissing me. "I love you even more my wonderful husband," I say smiling. He grabs his keys and heads off to work.

At the end of the day I was completely exhausted Madi was doing better and hadn't thrown up since this morning luckily. Madi fell asleep about an hour before Bellamy got off his shift. I was cleaning the kitchen when my phone went off meaning I had a text.
