Filler Chapter
The blonde laid in bed sleeping as she stayed up with Sylvester. He looked at his mate and smiled as this woman had him falling deeper in love with her and thought of talking to her about turning. Melissa groaned as she raised up and looked at him. "Hey." She says. "Why are you up?"

"Thinking." He says climbing into the bed. "I want you to turn."

"Won't I lose my magic?"

"No." He says. "You're the dark witch. You're stronger than any ordinary witch."

Melissa nodded as she put her arms around Sylvester. "Can we stay in bed?" She asked. "Away from your brother and those backstabbers."

Sylvester smiled. "I would love that." He says. "But, the coffins are back."

The blonde looked at him as he went into the bathroom. Something about that makes her feel funny. Esther is going to wake up. "Sylvester, mother dearest will be awake soon."

He walked out and looked at her. "Fuck."

Melissa sat in her room waiting for Sylvester to call when she heard someone knocking on the door. She walked down to see who it was. Opening the door, Melissa was greeted with a crying Caroline. "I thought you hated me."

"I never hated you." She tells her. "I need my best friend back. My other blonde."

"What happened?"

"My dad was stabbed with a stake and now, he died as a vampire because he refused to drink human blood." She tells her. "Mel, I don't think I can go to anyone else after this. I know you went through hell because of us, but seeing that Sylvester has kept you strong, I knew that going against you was wrong."

"It's wrong if I accept the apology." She tells her. "For now, I will talk to you till I know that I can trust you again."

Caroline hugged the dark witch. "I just need you."

Melissa heard the ancestors telling her that Esther just woke up thanks to Bonnie. Something about her being awake has her worrying about Sylvester. "Come in. I have something I need to ask you and I want to know everything if you were involved. If Elena told you anything."

"Okay." She says. "I will tell you somethings she has left out."

"She kissed Damon." Melissa tells her.

Caroline was shocked as Melissa nodded. "Okay, if I hear them trying to plot. I will come to you and the Mikaelsons. I'm tired of losing people because of her."

Melissa smiled as they started talking about all the things that have happened and the betrayal that Melissa went through. Caroline was going to make sure that she fixes everything with her best friend.
