The morning after the ball, Sylvester woke up and looked at Melissa as she slept. He smiled at the blonde hair all over her face and partially on her pillow. "Brother, mother requests our presents." Klaus says. "We need to talk."

"She's up to something, brother."

"Yes, she is."

Sylvester got out of bed and walked to the closet to get dressed. Hearing a sigh, he looked to see Melissa still asleep causing him to smile. If Esther is up to something, he will kill her or Melissa will. Something tells him that they might just leave Mystic Falls if Esther tries something again.

Later that day, Melissa walked with Sylvester. "Mother is up to something and if I find out that the Scooby gang has something to do with it, I will kill them."

"Not if I beat you to it first." She says. "Minus Caroline."

The blonde came running as she saw her best friend and her mate grab their chest. "Melissa?" She says. "I tried to tell Klaus that Esther made a deal with Elena and the others. I tried my best, but he wouldn't listen to me."

"Where's Kol?"

"Do you know where all this is happening?" Melissa asked.

"Yes. The old Fell Church."

Melissa looked at Sylvester as he left. The blonde hugged her before she left following after Sylvester. Caroline looked at Damon and Alaric. "I'm not losing her as a friend again. You mess up, it's on you." She tells them. "I'm with them from now own."

Damon and Alaric knew that they might be in danger once Melissa finds out who helped mama Mikaelson. "We're doomed."

Melissa walked with the Mikaelsons up to the circle that stopped them. She heard Finn, but she wasn't paying attention as she started chanting. Sylvester smirked as he listened to her. Klaus and Kol could be taunting their mother, but he wasn't besides saying this. "You screwed up. You forgot that she was a dark witch. The one witch any witch ancestor obeys." Sylvester says as the fire disappeared. "Mother, for once, you screwed up."

Finn grabbed Esther and left causing Melissa to fall to the ground. Sylvester picked her up as she was very weak. "That was just too much magic." She tells him.

Sylvester chuckled as Klaus, Kol, and Elijah came over to them. "Let's get her home and rest. Tomorrow, she will be finding a way to cause hell."

"Already did." She tells them with a weak smile. "I released the ghost."
