Tanjiro hardly ever gets jealous but when he does he tries to ignore it.However if the person is getting touchy/you're getting uncomfortable he starts giving the person hints like hugging,cheek kissing,etc... If the person is stupid enough to still not notice the signs Tanjiro will just straight up say you two are dating. I believe he would also say the person was making you umcomfy.

Zenitsu is always jealous tbh. He will start clinging onto you a lot more than what he normally would. He is clinging onto you so much the person is the one who's actually uncomfortable. They get so uncomfortable they eventually leave.
Inosuke

Inosuke doesn't know what that feeling in his chest actually is.He asks Tanjiro about it and Tanjiro says it is called jealousy and explains what it is. Inosuke just walks to you pick you up like a sack of potatoes and leaves.

Genya is way too shy to do something. So he just sits overwhelmed with the feeling in the corner. You eventually notice him and leave the person alone.
Kanao

Kanao knows what it is because Shinobu and Kanae taught her what were feelings and what they mean. She is afraid you'll get mad at her if she tells you she is jealous so,Kanao just stays there,BUT if Kanao sees you're getting uncomfortable she will explain to the person what they're doing wrong.
