The next morning Mahi woke up and tried to wake others up.
"Cheeku! Ani! Ro! Get up, kiddos. We need to go for breakfast."
"Five minutes bhai!" Ro said still sleepy.
"Come on get up."
They finally woke up after a lot of efforts freshened up.
"Bhai? Can we have our breakfast here only. I don't feel like going down." Vi said as he felt a bit tired.
"Sure kiddo."
"Me and Anisha will go down." Ro said
"Ha okay." Replied Anisha
As they left Virat snuggled to him. Mahi chuckled at his childish actions.
Mahi ordered breakfast and they had breakfast in peace.
"Cheeku! I need to talk to you." Mahi started
"Say na bhai!"
"Actually I was thinking that ummmm..."
"Say na bhai. Why are you hesitating."
"Cheeku, I was planning to propose to Anisha for marriage."
"Really bhai??"
"Yes Cheeku, only if you are okay with it."
"Yes bhai ofc i am okay with it. Why won't I be" Virat said as he was genuinely happy for both of them.
"What's your plan? Where do you plan to propose or how are you planning?"
He tells the plan to Virat.
"This is such a great idea Bhaii. She would love it."
Mahi smiled at it and took him in a warm hug.
Ro and Anisha just barged in making noise.
Virat glared at them.
"What?" Ro asked
"Can't both of you come in without making noise?" He asked annoyed
"No!" Anisha answered.
Virat shaked his head.
"What did we miss?" Ro asked
"Nothing Panda!" Virat said
"I didn't ask you! I asked bhai."
"Enough now!"
"I have some work, I will be back. Ro come with me na!" Saying they left. Anisha frowned at it, as he didn't say hi or bye to her.
"How are you feeling bhai?"
"I am good kiddo! And also very happy." He said his eyes got moist.
"What happened Bhai?"
"Nothing bacha! Just happy to see you all grown up. From the kid who used to cling to me, follow me is now grown up!" He said caressing her face.
"Bhai, even if I grow old or something I will still be your baby sister. The kid for you. That will never change. I will still need you all the time."
"Ani, I love you kiddo!"
"I love you too Bhaiiii! I still gonna be your kid. I am gonna be there for you always!"
"Me too bacha. Whenever you need me, I will be there for you standing like a rock."
"I know Bhai. You are the best brother I could ever ask for! Thank you for being there for me Bhai!"
Virat glared at her "what did you say?" He said faking anger.
