Arnav woke up the next morning stretching his arms. He turned to the other side to see Kushi was sleeping curled up like a ball. He inhaled deeply and went towards washroom to get freshen up.
Taking his own time Arnav stood under the warm shower to sooth his tired body. As he came out he saw Kushi sitting on the bed rubbing her sleepy eyes. He went near cupboard and changed into his office wears.
Kushi went inside the washroom and got freshen up and changed into her salwar suit. After getting ready she went downstairs towards mandir and prayed to Devi Maiyaa.
She then went to living room to see Payal and Devyani Dadi was sitting and talking with each other.
Payal - Good morning Kushi.
Kushi - Good Morning Payal.
Payal - Sit sit. Have tea.....
She poured tea in a cup and handed that to kushi.
Sheetal came there - Kushi....
Kushi looked at her.
Sheetal - Kushi prepare coffee for me.
Kushi glanced at Payal and Devyani who didn't appreciate her ordering tone.
Sheetal - What are you looking at ? Go na....
Devyani - Sheetal bitiya.....
Sheetal turned to Dadi and smiled - Haan Dadi ji.
Devyani - May be kushi bitiya is your sister before. But now you both are married. She is elder daughter in law of this home and your Jethani too..... It doesn't look nice when you keep ordering her. I hope you understand.
Sheetal fumed inside but can she show it on her face. She looked at Kushi who gave a whatever glance to her.
Sheetal - Nahi Dadi ji. I was feeling headache. So only........ It's ok. I can manage.
Payal - Arey Sheetal come here. See I have already made tea for everyone.
Sheetal gave a small smile and sat with the ladies sipping her tea.
Arnav came downstairs all ready in his office suit. Moving near his mother's photo he touched her feet.
Then he directly went near dining and sat down to have his breakfast. Aakash and Mama ji too came and sat on the dining followed by Vansh. So the ladies too went and sat down to have breakfast.
Manohar - Chote....
Arnav - Haan mama.....
Manohar - When did you came last night ?
Arnav closed his eyes smiling - I had meeting Mama.
Manohar sighed - Did you had dinner or not ?
Arnav - Yeah... I had.....
Manohar - You have became more careless now a days.
Arnav chuckled - Aisa kuch nahi Mama.
Manohar too smiled and had his breakfast.
Kushi badly wanted to apologise to him for disturbing his sleep. Bechara..... He worked till late night and she too like a fool disturbed him.
Completing his breakfast he stood up and went to his car and started for his office. Other gents too got ready for their work. Kushi sighed not able to speak to him.
