The next two and half hours, Aman had his heart in his mouth. He was scared to wits and hell worried for his best friend and sister.
The chopper landed in a vast ground that was half an hour away from the home, Arnav and Kushi were staying. He caught the taxi and rushed to their home.
Reaching there he ran inside their home and saw that their new cook was cleaning the hall.
Aman - Where's Kushi ?
Cook - Who are you ?
Aman - I asked you where the hell Kushi is ? Where is she ?
The cook got frightened hearing his tone and pointed upstairs.
Aman ran upstairs - Kushi....
He was shocked seeing Kushi's state. She was sitting on the bed looking at nothing in particular. Her Phone lying lifelessly near her feet.
Aman - Kiddo....
Kushi raised her head hearing his voice and pouted as fresh tears made its way on her cheek.
Aman ran to her and kneeled before clutching her hands.
Aman - Kushi.... You trust your Bhaiya right ?
Kushi nodded her meekly.
Aman - Don't make any wrong decisions without hearing anything. Please....
Kushi - Arnav can never cheat on me. I know that. I trust him.... But what about Akshara ?
Aman - First tell me how you came to know about her ?
Kushi wiped her tears - Few days before, she met with an accident. I only got her admitted in hospital. Then I went to her home for lunch.... There I saw Arnav's photo with her. She told me that they loved each other and parted ways as Arnav got married to me. Is it true ? Did I come in between them Bhaiya ?
She cried asking him this question. Thank God she chose to ask all this to Aman.... If it was Arnav, then hearing such truth from him wouldn't be so easy for her.
Aman - No Kushi.... Akshara is a closed chapter of Arnav's life. She is his horrible past that he never wishes to see again. And you never came in between anybody. Is that clear ?
Kushi - But she....
Aman - I don't know what crap she said to you. But Arnav is wounded beyond limits because of her.
Kushi frowned and Aman sighed looking at her. Getting up from the floor he pulled the table and sat in front of her.
Aman - Yes, Arnav loved her. But that was before 8 years.....
Kushi looked at him shocked. Aman nodded his head and started telling her the secret that only Arnav, Akshara and he knows.
Nine years before -
It was the time when Arnav started AR and is working for it day and night.
He was facing losses and was finding it very difficult to pay those people who were working for him.
That time he got a chance to participate in a fashion show. If he proves himself in that, then there is a chance for him to shine. He would get chances to work.
He has designed his masterpiece and was desperately searching for a model to walk in the ramp for him. That's when he met Akshara Kapoor......
She was a fresher in the industry then, who was desperately looking for chances. When Arnav met her and requested her to be his model, she thought to refuse it first as the pay was low compared to others. But when she saw his designs, she was truly spell bound. She wanted to see herself in that beautiful dress and immediately accepted the offer.
