Mia POV
I woke up in one of the guest rooms, how did I get here? Then I remembered what Alexander said and did, fucking sadistic.
I get up from the bed, my head still spinning from the side affects of the alcohol.
I see a advil and a glass of water, with a note it read, "take it."
I take the tablet and a sip of water. I walk to the bathroom stripping from my clothes.
I wash my body and change into a pair of tights and a baggy shirt.
I walk downstairs to the kitchen and notice that everyone is sitting on the table, including Alexis.
I glare at her and take a seat between Ria and Ryan. "Can't even dress appropriately," Alexis says looking me up and down.
"How I dress is none of your concern," I say bluntly not even looking at her.
I could feel eyes watching me, so I slowly look up seeing Alexander staring at me, expecting to see a angry face splattered on him, it was more of a proud one.
"We going to a charity event this evening," Alexander says to everyone breaking the eye contact that was being held.
We silently begin to eat our food once again. "Let's hope she doesn't dress like this to the event," Alexis says scoffing.
Alexander bangs his hands on the table and pull her into a separate room.
Alexander POV
"You better start treating Mia with some sort of respect." I say with fury in my eyes.
"What the biggest mafia can't handle his whore get criticism," she scoffed, "you getting weak."
I wrapped my hand around her neck, "SHUT, the fuck up."
She attempted to pulled my hand off her neck, "Please.... I.. Can't breath." I released my hand from her neck making her drop to the floor.
I turned around seeing Mia with tears in her eyes, "You.... A mafia." A lone tear runs down her cheek. "That's.... Why you killed that man."
She turns around and beings running to the front door. "MIA STOP!"
Shit shit... Shit.
I begin chasing after her, before she could open the door I grap her wrist. "Stop Mia." I say softly, Alexis was right I am getting weak.
I fell to hard for Mia, now she is trapped in my sinister world... I'm selfish, but if this is what being selfish feels like, being with her, seeing her smile, her laugh, her cute but angry face... I wouldn't change it for the world.
I can't have her leave me.
