"You're an ass," I scoffed loudly at his words. "I seriously hate you."

he's not joking ??

"I've done nothing to you," Levi grumbled, crossing his arms.

that's a lie and we both know it

"Do you really think that you're the only one struggling with rumors like that? Do you really think that you've never done anything to me to create rumors like that?"

i can't believe him

"Of course not, I've never met you in a situation that wasn't purely for business." He paused, "I'm not a fucking idiot Y/N."

"Do you ever think of anyone other than yourself?"

"You clearly don't," I dug my nails into my palm, restraining myself. "If you did you would realize that every time you pulled me aside to talk about anything it started shit."

"I didn't-"

"Yeah, clearly you didn't realize. If you did and had even a shred of human decency you would've thought twice before pulling me aside during parties with lots of guests, you would've visited my estate in a discrete manner, and you certainly wouldn't have gone out of your way to find me on private balconies to talk."

you've caused issues for me the entirety of my adult life

"I never heard anything about this-" Levi seemed lost for words, his gaze flickering from the floor to my face, avoiding eye contact as much as possible.

"Of course you didn't, you don't suffer any repercussions for anything you do to me. Everyone is too afraid to touch you."

"Then I should do something about it," he met my eyes for the first time. "If this shit happens all the time you should do something about it."

"Forget it, if you meddle it's only going to start more rumors."

and you seemed so upset about that-

"I hate you, I seriously hate you," I turned away from him, staring out of the window. "Your cluelessness is infuriating."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"Does it look like we have that kind of relationship?"

"I don't understand how you could be so uncompromising," he returned to complaining, as if our last conversation didn't happen.

"I'm going to throw you out of this carriage."

you would think that after years of knowing each other he would've become a better person

you would think that since it's my body i would be good at reading expressions

but that isn't true

i think i would know if he was annoyed

"If I shut up now everyone is going to think you're more of a brat than they already think you are," Levi rolled his eyes, reminding me that he did in fact inhabit my body.

"Whatever, I'll save my wish for something that's possible, I don't think you could stop yourself from being annoying even if you couldn't speak."

he's pretty quiet most of the time anyway-

"You're smiling," Levi pointed out, raising an eyebrow at me. "You must like me more than you think."

"I'm pretty sure I made it clear as day that I hate your guts, it's you that's acting strange," I shot him a questioning look. "Why do you care about how I feel?"

"No I'm just being immature," I grumbled quietly to myself. "I wonder what would happen if something like that happened to us while we're in these bodies."

"We would die."

"Or maybe we would switch back," I picked at my nails.

i died when this started so maybe-

"Or you just die," Levi shot me an exasperated look. "That's fucking stupid don't try it."

"Oh please, as if I would test that on myself."

as much as i would hate to hurt my body- i have no qualms with the person inside of it disappearing

"As if you could hurt me."

"You're acting awfully cocky."

"Why would you even jump to that conclusion?"
