"Can't we just go to the authorities about this? Petra heard him talking about it- we have a witness- we don't need to send you needlessly into danger."
"Even if I don't agree with Lord Ackerman putting himself in danger-" Petra interjected, "you can't be sure that they won't just dismiss what I heard."

"I still think we should go with that first- if we aren't dismissed it will be a hundred times easier than willingly getting poisoned-"

"It would be safer for you to remain here," Levi objected. "If something happens-"
"If something happens I want to be there- it isn't safe for you to go either- this is a compromise."

"We need to figure everything out now- if something goes wrong someone should be nearby ready to bring in help."
"I can!" Isabel volunteered- "I'm Levi's guard so I can be there- if anything goes wrong I can shout."
"Farlan, could you figure out a way to bring a doctor there? I don't want to risk it-"
"It's likely a slow acting poison," Levi reassured me.

"Stop it- you're going to make this even more depressing than it already is."
