First Person POV:
I mustn't get attached to anyone. I'm not supposed to trust anybody. But why's my heart hurting so much.
I returned to my dorm, waiting for the sun to rise. I keep forgetting the whole point of meeting the ninjas. I have to stop Lord Zyleph. The world's doomed if his existence still remains. I have a mission: To avenge my father. Not to fall in love and break my heart again.
I'm not safe. I'm dangerous. I'm a hazard. I almost killed Lloyd.
Mindlessly staring at the ceiling, I thought about my current status on my skills and strength. I shouldn't have any weaknesses. The weak dies, the strong survives.
Third Person POV:
(Nya knocks on Y/N's door.)
"Rise and shine wisteria. Jay made us breakfast."
"Agh, my head.. Right I'll head over soon." Y/N replied.
(Meanwhile in the dining area)
"I can't remember what I drank yesterday.." Cole said.
"Aghmmmmmmmm...." Kai mumbled to himself.
"And that's why I don't excessively drink alcohol like you dummies." Jay teased as he placed plates of pancakes and multiple mini jars of jam on the table.
Y/N came over and asked where Lloyd was.
"He's been training in the training room since 7am, no clue why. Are you finding for him?" Zane replied.
"No...Pass me the apricot jam." Y/N said.
She tried her best not to think about him. She didn't want to burden anyone with her feelings. It's wrong to fall in love with someone that you can't. It hurts even more to think about it. To her surprise, she saw a familiar shadow coming closer to her.
"Heard someone's cooking pancakes. I'd kill to taste some." Lloyd said as he grabbed a plate for himself and sat across Y/N.
Y/N avoided eye contact and continued eating her pancake and fondling with her crystal ball. Lloyd looked concerned but he busied himself by talking to his other ninja friends. Y/N stood up and quietly left the table.
"I'm going back to my room." Y/N said.
First Person POV:
I'm just doing this for them. I'm doing this for myself. I'm doing this for Ninjago. I have to stay focused. I have to stay focused...
Trying to get somebody off your mind is possibly the most stressful thing a mind can do. I entered and left the door open. While finding for my gi and weapons, I heard the door close. Fast reflexes, I took my kunai out and pointed to the source of sound.
"Calm down Y/N. It's just me." Lloyd said.
"Why are you here?" I replied curtly.
"I'm really sorry if yesterday really upsetted you. I can't have someone close to me be so distant with me." He said with a really sorrow face.
I didn't mean to hurt his feelings or anything.
Not like he's interested in me anyway.
"No, I'm not mad about that thing. It's just, personal issues."
"Is anything bothering you?"
"I can't put it in words okay? Please, just leave me alone."
