"Miss Lee!!" Seonju came up running so quickly to me.

"What happened to your ankle??!" he asked worriedly. I chuckled as I watch how panicked he was, his forehead covered with sweat beads.

He's always worrying over our things. Very tiny little problems to huge issues. He is always stressing out with our family stuff. You could say Seonju is a very trustworthy and reliable person.

"I'm fine, Seonju."

"You should've been more careful, Miss Lee."

"I am being careful, really," I said.

"Still, it's very dangerous out there. You could probably get kidna—"

"Yeah. I know. I almost got kidnapped just—"

"Pardon!?" his volume increased, face looking so shocked.

"There were a few men following me just now and I couldn't run away from them... Fortunately, someone saved me."

"Someone?"

"Yeah... she just came out of nowhere. We didn't say our names to each other. She's an icy person."

"Oh?"

"I have no idea, Seonju. She seemed to be annoyed when I was there with her... But she still helped me out after noticing I got injured."

"Well, I'm just glad you managed to come back safely, Miss Lee. About the three men, I'll do my best to find them. Harming you will lead them to no good, only bad consequences. For now, since it's late, we should go home for you to get some rest." he slightly smiled.

I nodded in response, he bowed at me and opened his arm leading me to our car.

We were on the road driving back home, I was looking outside through the window watching all the cars drive by. Seonju was just sitting straight and looking in front.

I slightly smiled as I glanced at him.

Don't get me wrong though. I am just grateful that I still have someone who cares about me and protects me.

You don't have to worry, dad... I'll be alright and safe.

"Seonju, could you please help me to buy a new phone later?"

"Huh? But you just bought a new one not long ago, Miss."

"Well um... It broke badly when I fell down just now." I let out an awkward smile.

"Alright then, I'll buy it later."

After minutes we reached home. I went upstairs to my bedroom and lay down on my bed. I took the broken phone out of my pocket and stared at it.

I wondered... Why would she break my phone?

The time passed and I know I'd left the place for a long time. Too long.

People might be worried about me and might've been searching for me by now.

I'm here sitting on the ground, back leaning against the alley wall. The girl that saved me is still here, beside me, wiping her weapon clean.

We didn't say a single word, nor we did make any eye contact. She's just minding her own business as well as I'm just waiting for my ankle to feel a bit better so I could walk back to where I was.

The sky's getting a bit darker than before, and the clouds were a little grey. Is it raining soon? I leaned my head back, closed my eyes and rested. This place is very quiet. Quite peaceful.

Suddenly, a ringtone broke the peace. Oh, Seonju called me.

I looked over to the girl, who was staring alertly at me when she heard the ringtone. What's with that reaction?

My phone is still ringing, and when I was about to answer the call, she snatched it away from me and threw it to the wall.

"Hey!— That was my phone!!!" I yelled at her, eyes widened in shock.

"Don't answer any calls," she replied coldly.

"Why shouldn't I?? That was my butler!" I tried standing up with my hands on the wall supporting myself. I walked over to where my phone is laying.

It's broken. I can't turn it on.

"Butler? Then you shouldn't even be answering the call."

Seriously, what's wrong with that girl? The audacity she has to use that stupid attitude talking to me after breaking my phone. I'm pissed.

But at the same time, I am grateful that she saved me from those men.

I wonder if I'll ever meet her again...?
