The cold water running down her body, she closed her eyes letting the water flow, it felt calm. Exhaling softly through her nose her body relaxed, and she drives her mind into deep thoughts.
Birthmark? That's definitely not it.
Come to think of it, when was Lee Hyun's marriage? Was he even married? „Forget it. Who the hell would choose to marry him? To live with that kind of person?‟
There were so many things running through her mind. Including her 'prey', Lee Chaeryeong.

"So when would you kill?" the short-haired asked as she wraps a bandage around the wound on the tall girl's left shoulder.
"Just not now."
"You're running out of time and leading yourself into trouble."
"Trouble? It's just Kim Woo (Sir Kim, random name)."
"I'm not saying about that." Ryujin stopped for a while before saying, "You're gonna develop feelings for her. Come on Yeji, be honest, you just couldn't kill her yourself, could you?"
The question only made Yeji silent. "I guess I'm correct then."
"You know what Kim Woo wants. There's been no backing off since the day you accept the mission. Yeji, you—"
"Ryujin." Yeji cut her off with a low tone, taking all the short-haired girl's attention. "What?"
"You're right. I don't think I can kill her. I couldn't do it." the older clenched her jaw.
"You're not serious right now."
"I am. I can't do it."
"Then why the fuck would you accept the mission?"
"I didn't know he wanted me to kill her."
"What do you mean? You can just kill her, she's not as different as the others—"
"She is. She's not like any other ladies out there. She has the mark!" Yeji's raised her tone volume higher, her index finger pointing at her mark on the arm. She breathed out to calm herself and muttered, "Chaeryeong is her."
"Who?"
"The girl."
"... You're doomed," Ryujin said. "Okay fine. At least let her leave this place. Find her somewhere to live anonymously, somewhere safe."
"I planned to let her stay—"
"Hell no."
"Well, this is my place. I get to decide, Ryujin." she stood up and tapped the short-haired girl's shoulder lightly before moving away from the chair she was sitting in before. She walked to the door, leaving the room. "Thank you. For the wound treatment."

As Yeji went out of the room, the place was just as empty as before Chaeryeong came. There was no sign of her.
Where did the girl go? The older went to check the toilet, no she wasn't there. Her place isn't that big to the point the girl can't be found, it's just a one-floor base after all. „She escaped?‟
Well, she can't blame the girl for escaping. Perhaps the place was just too scary for her, who would stay comfortable around so many sharp and dangerous weapons? She would probably get cut open the second she blink her eyes. „Maybe it's better for her if she—‟
"What are you doing here?" Yeji uttered in confusion, her brows furrowed slightly with one raised.
It was Chaeryeong, sitting outside near the base entrance, staring at the dark sky. The tall girl was quite surprised to see her here when she opened the door that leads to outside. She could've run away already since she came out.
She felt something in her. Something.... strange? Yeji couldn't describe the feeling but it was an emotion that rushed through her. It was something she hadn't felt for a long time. What was that feeling? Joy? Happy?— Impossible. She's just surprised that the girl didn't run away. That was all, perhaps.
When the always cold and low voice appeared behind the girl, it sure did make her shocked that her body jumped a little. She then saw the tall girl standing behind her.
"O-Oh, um, I just needed some fresh air." the girl replied and tried to show a friendly smile.
The older only looked at her for seconds and she went back in after giving a cold response: "Okay."
