Small explosions, but enough to damage the building.

The whole mansion was pretty much blown up, though there were still a few strong pillar standing, supporting the almost-collapsing roof. The guards in the building were fighting for their lives against the intruders, as Lee's life are depending on them.

It was a whole chaos, the scene, the people, everything. Bricks were covering the ground, and Chaeryeong, Jisu and Seonju were running and dodging the rocks that were falling. They tried to find somewhere to hide but luck wasn't on their side, explosions were still occurring and the mansion was about to be fully destroyed.

On the other side, Yeji had been watching the intense gunfight. Her eyes scanned through the building and she found an entrance that could help her get into the damaged mansion.

She ran towards the building, hid behind the wall that was not damaged -not yet- and shot a few men in the head who were guarding the mansion in case their main target escaped. As the place was temporarily cleared, she climbed up the building by the windows and pillars very quickly before the others could even notice her.

Yeji got into the building, clicked her tongue and smirked under her black mask before she pulled the mask up so she was wearing it nicely and muttered lowly:

"Playtime."

Rushing to the other side of the wall near the door, she observed the people and saw how the number of guards was decreasing, they were getting killed by bullets so quickly that Yeji sighed mentally, „Disappointments.‟

As soon as the guards were mostly defeated, she stepped out from the side which caught everyone's attention. However, not even a chance was given to the people to have a look, the bullets were all stuck inside their heads.

Feeling satisfied after shooting the 7 intruders and 5 guards to death, she walked out of the room and proceeds to where the other people are located.

Yeji ran past a window and saw a black car driving near, assuming that it was Lee's vehicle. She aimed it when the car was near and pressed the gun trigger. The bullet pierced through the glass and hit one of the tires. She took another glance at the vehicle as the tire burst and shot another bullet before running away.

She jumped down the hole on the floor from the third floor to the second and shot everyone she sees. She didn't care, whether they were the attackers or the guards. She just had to take one girl away with her, alive.

"Argh!— Fuck!" a loud groan alerted Yeji when she was going through another room. It sounded way too familiar the tall girl knows the voice came from someone she was very close with.

*BANG*

The man on top of Ryujin got shot in the neck, and his hands that were trying to strangle her to death loosens. Turning her head to the side, she creased her brows in slight annoyance, "Oh come on. That should've been my kill!"

"Shut up, weak ass." Yeji went to her and offered her hand to the girl on the floor. "You kill them and I'll find her. We don't have much time left."

"I've called a car for us, quick!" Seonju shouted, his hand signalling for the girls to run faster, heading outside.

As the butler went out with the girls, he saw no cars but the attackers around the area. "Stay quiet and low," he whispered. As Seonju looked around the place, he saw their car just a few meters away stopping at the side.

"Let's go, the car is there."

They sneakily walked towards the car, but Chaeryeong accidentally stepped on a tree branch which the attackers heard. "Hey! They escaped!" one of them shouted.

"Shit!" the butler cursed and ran towards the car, both his hands holding onto the girls', dragging them with him. They were still protected by the guards that just came out from the building after hearing the shouts.

The moment the three went near the car, only then they realised the driver died. Chaeryeong looked at the dead driver feeling terrified, the tears in her eyes were just hanging at the edge, about to fall. Seonju gazed down at the tire and cursed once again, "Hell! The freaking tire!! We are—"

"Hands up!" someone from behind them shouted.

The three turned around, the two girls were so scared their bodies started trembling. "It's over! Hand her to us, now!"

"Never!" Seonju furrowed his eyebrows fiercely, even though he has no weapons to protect himself and the girls, he knows they have no way to run anymore, but he still tried defending them. "You will never get her. Even if I died."

"Oh? We'll see..." the other man grinned and was about to trigger his gun when suddenly, one of their men got shot, followed by another man again. The man who was grinning just a second ago got shocked and widened his eyes, "Who was it!"

Not even a shadow was seen who shot his people, just more gunshots were heard and each bullet perfectly hit every one of his men. He tried dodging the bullets even though he have no idea where the bullets come from. However, at the same time, he have to make sure the target wouldn't be able to escape.

He run towards the three and shot the butler's leg, "Argh!" the man yelped in pain, but still got up and guide the girls.

"You are not running away!!" the attacker shouted and approached them with a leap. He pressed down Seonju and Jisu, knocking the older girl unconscious and he stood up, about to catch Chaeryeong away when unexpectedly, a bullet hit his shoulder making him back off. "Jisu unnie!" the girl shouted.

Another bullet was shot once again from somewhere and it hit his stomach. The man fell onto the ground as he watches Seonju dragging Chaeryeong away. Gritting his teeth, he pull up his last strength, picked up his gun and he finally shot the butler, twice.

Chaeryeong gasped when the man beside him fell after a loud bang, "Seonju!!" she cried out when she saw the two holes through his chest. "N-No, no, no! H-Hold on, you can't j-just d-die like—"

"Run away, Chaeryeong. R-Run..." the butler stuttered his last breath out. Chaeryeong's grip on Seonju's arm became tighter when she felt all the man's body muscles relax. "N-No! Wake up!! Seonju! Wake—"

She was cut off when a person pulled her out of nowhere. "Ah!— Let me go!! I'm not following you guys!"

"Be quiet." the person covered her mouth with their hand. The voice was familiar to Chaeryeong, and the person's action was odd. The grip on her was a bit gentle, it doesn't seem like what an attacker would behave like.

Chaeryeong looked at the person beside her and she saw the pair of eyes she recognised.

"Y-Yejun?"

"Let's go."
