A/n: I was honestly surprised that the Cordelia lore took so long to actually start coming in the Anime. Like It started properly by episode 7. Which to me, felt like wasn't given proper time introduce this plot.

But still, it's is what it is.

It's a few days since Anim and Yui had there big fight. Both of them stopped talking entirety all the while their life moved on as if nothing had happened in the first place.

Anim slowly started to notice how much he had distended himself from Yui. Sure he cared for her from time to time but they didn't hung out anymore. It reminded him about the time in the church when he used to spend his time alone. Fighting with people, and staying alone in a corner.

'Should I try talking to her, or maybe I should start giving the vampires some of my blood so they bother Yui a bit less?' He couldn't decide on what to do. Of course he wanted to make things right but he also feared being bitten.

If only things weren't so complicated. If only he knew how to make things right.

Anim finally thought he could relax, sure something still lingered but he was mostly covered up. But now he had to gather his braincells once again and start brainstorming to find out why the hell did that god forsaken church give Yui away. He wrote a few things down, off Yui has told him till now. which didn't help.

"why..." Anim sighed as he got up and out of his room. He began walking outside a bit, take in some fresh air just so he could go back to bash his head on the wall. He was waddling around when he saw Yui enter a room where the piano was playing. Anim walked up to the door and leaned on the wall to hear the conversation.

He can't just go inside and start talking like nothing happened between them, So he can only stand here and look like a stalker. Laito stopped playing the piano when Yui asked him, one single and simple question. "Who was your mother..?"

Anim was sure Laito would have been just as taken aback as he was, there was no way Yui would ever ask that question if she didn't knew atleast a little bit about Cordelia. He then heard Ayato's voice speck his mothers name with spite, "Cordelia."

A women who turned her own children's life a living hell. A women who only wanted love and power. A women who her mother considered a friend... Was in the end killed by her own sons..

They explained Yui how they killed her, to which Yui gave a negative response. Obviously, you don't just tell how you killed your own mother. But they did leave out one detail.

The detail about how Richter came in and took Cordelia's heart away to put it in a new body. Yes Anim watched Richter literally claw that shit out like it's everyday pig meat.

He still shivers whenever be thinks about it. But that does make him question, 'where was Cordelia's heart now?'. Anim thought about it for a moment, It was definitely not him. It couldn't be anyone else here.... Or maybe.. Yui?..

Yui suddenly ran away without noticing Anim leaning on the wall. Anim sighed as he watched Yui run back outside, 'guess I have to start sprinting if I have do anywhere for answers'. And he ran after her.

Anim chased her from behind as her running didn't seem to slow down, suddenly she tripped in the Rose Garden that was made by Subaru. He stopped running as well as he tried catching his breath. 'Why did she has to run so much!?' He cursed mentally. He doesn't exercise so it was natural to have the fitness of a pig.

He soon started hearing an Argument happening between Yui and Subaru. Subaru starting to walk away but Yui grabbed his arm which made him angry. That can't be good, Anim knew Subaru wasn't good with his anger so he approached the two.
