It was Saturday night, and Alexander had just gone to bed, when he was awoken suddenly, a feeling in his gut had told him to sit up. As he did, he looked in his doorway and saw a familiar sight. Same light emanating from another room, same small girl standing in the doorway, but this time her attire was different. She wore what looked like school wear, as if she had been too sleepy to put on pajamas. The girl was also holding a small stuffed animal, a small rabbit. She didn't seem scared, or even sleepy.

"Dada." She spoke like an angel. "I had a bad dream about a terry-bill man trying to hurt mama. Floppy here says not to worry, that no one can hurt mama because you look out for her, and she looks out for you. Can me and Floppy sleep with you tonight?" She held out her stuffed animal so that Alexander could see it in the darkness. "I'll go turn the light off all by myself. Well, me and Floppy will." She went to go turn her light off, and Alexander looked to the side of his Bed. Usually, Dragon Lady would be there, but all Alexander saw was an imprint on the bed where she once Was. This sent Alexander's heart bearing uncontrollably faster and faster. When suddenly..................

Alexander woke up. It was all another dream. It was morning, and he could hear the murmur of people outside. His room was right in front of the gardening clubs garden, run by Clover and overseen by Madam Eden, as they could communicate with nature. He looked out the window to see Dragon Lady holding a trowel and wearing gardening gloves, talking to Alice and Clover, who were planting small flowers. Alexander tried to open his window and talk to them, but it had been bolted shut after he had used it to run away. He went out his door in order to make his way out to them, but he was ambushed by Mr. Sam.

"Meet me in my room, now!" Mr. Sam said, walking off. Alexander quickly followed. As he passed the garden, Alice stopped him.

"Oh, Alexander." She said, in her usual shy act. "We need to talk to you." She gestured to Clover and Dragon Lady.

"Sorry, it'll have to wait." Alexander said, pushing past her.

"B-but it's rather important." Alice tried to say to him, but he ran off without responding. Soon he entered Mr. Sam's classroom and took a seat in front of Mr. Sam's desk.

"It was you, wasn't it?" Mr. Sam said.

Alexander made a quiet sigh before saying "I have no idea what you're talking about." Hearing this, Mr. Sam slammed his hand down onto his desk, leaving small cracks in the old wood.

"You know damn well what I'm talking about!" He said through gritted teeth. "The school's attacked and it just magically gets fixed! And who do I see the moment I wake up but you. You! Acting like you're above everyone! That wasn't double, you just summoned some fake, just like your fake girlfriend!" Mr. Sam huffed, and he puffed, and he sat back down. "

Well." Alexander said quietly. "The truth is, that was me. I did save your life. But I didn't make him come out that way. The truth is, I didn't choose the looks of any of the people I've summoned. They seem to have a life of their own. The truth is, I don't know who this Double person even is. For what it's worth, I'm sorry. Try to think of it." He stared into space as Mr. Sam looked him in the Eyes. "As a final message from beyond. I assume that's why you're so mad, cause you thought you saw a ghost. It's possible, what with your daughter being a ghost. Maybe I'm really just some medium. Or maybe..."

"You are dismissed!" Mr. Sam interrupted. "Now I am not to be disturbed for the rest of the day, goodbye."
