Dragon Lady woke up. She tried to sit up but was unable to. She looked around and saw that she was not in her room, but rather some run down operating theater, and she was bound to a gurney. No matter what she did she was unable to free herself, or even move in the slightest. Sheheard the door burst open, and a voice come from it, getting closer.
"La, La La, di di dum." It hummed. "La La di di da, da dum." The voice had reached her now, and Dragon Lady saw who it was.
"Desmond?" She said. "Is that you?" Desmond gave Dragon Lady a glance, before putting on medical gloves.
"Oh, you're awake." He said. "Then we can have a little chat before I put you back under." Dragon Lady didn't know how to respond, so she simply kept quit. "Ever since I started going to that school, I had to keep up two big lies." Desmond continued. "One: I was a teenager. And two: I had two powers. You're probably wondering about that, and I'll just say that the good one is really good with technology. But that's for Alexander to worry about, when he's not worrying about you of course. We both know he was lying about handiness. I know because I was the man who supplied him with it. But I know it's the former lie that is all the more interesting to you. I've been around for a long, long time. Not in this world, oh no I just got here. But this world, oh it has been oh so fun. I remember back when I first arrived. There was this girl you see. i think you met her, or rather what remains. She was special, the daughter of a hero and an outlaw. When i broke into her bedroom, oh I can still remember it so vividly. I took my time draining her. And how sweet that time was. Sadly, I had to leave her afterwards, I had a job to do. I had to pose as an ugly, useless orphan. but then again, all orphans are ugly and useless, that's why they're orphans. i had to spend so long watching your little boyfriend, had to make sure he got into that school. Well, enough about the past, after all, I'm here to change the future. Goodnight." He grabbed an anesthesia mask and put it on Dragon Lady, who quickly passed out.
