"What do you mean they canceled it?" I said as soon as I stepped into my shop.

"Tumawag po yung magde-deliver na hindi na daw po sila matutuloy." Sumunod sa'kin si Sasha papasok sa office habang nagre-report.

"Did you ask as to why they canceled it? Is there an issue?" Umiling 'to. "Give me the fuckin' number and I'll do your job!" I'm furious right now. We don't have much time left, so it needs to be fixed right away.

"Sorry po." Natatarantang hinanap niya ang contact sa company phone at pinasa sa'kin. "Sinend ko na po Miss."

"You can leave and close the door." Nagmamadali siyang umalis sa harapan ko at maingat na sinara ang pinto.

I dialed the number, I was tapping my finger impatiently on the table, waiting for them to pick it up. After several rings, they answered.

"Hello po."

Huminga ako ng malalim bago magsalita, "Hello, this is Agatha Mendrado."

"Ay ma'am kayo po pala."

"So what happened? Care to explain."

"Pina-cancel po ni si-" I hung up even though he hadn't finished speaking.

"Bullshit! He's really trying me." I got up and walked around to my room. I'm debating whether or not to call that fuckin' guy. In the end, I decided to call him. I was about to dial his number when his name appeared on my screen. "Great."

"Ano napag-isipan mo na ba ang date?" I could feel his cockiness even through the phone.

"Why do you have to involve your personal life in our business? Could you be more professional?"

"Hey chill. I just wanted you to date me, Agatha." A man like him is a big no.

"You know what, Greg? I don't give a damn, and I don't need you anyway."

"Just try me, and after that tuloy ang deal natin." I rolled my eyes. No way. I have a lot of contacts, not just him.

"No thanks, just keep in mind that we have an agreement, so see you in court. Bye."

I walked over to my table and sat pissed off. Now what? I wouldn't be so stressed if it weren't for the deadline. It's a simple problem. I could just find another designer, but I need to get my goddamn perfume out there.

"Okay lang po kayo Miss?" Napa-angat ang tingin ko sa pinto.

"Do I look like I'm okay Sasha?" Alanganin na napayuko 'to.

"Sorry po, may maitutulong po ba ako?" Napabuntong hininga ako.

"I'm sorry Sasha, I'm just stressed out." It's been hard for me recently. I'm at a loss about what to do anymore. Everything seemed to be going wrong.

Late na ako nakauwi sa penthouse dahil inasikaso ko pa ang problema sa office. Naghanap ako ng bagong designer na kaya mag rush para makahabol sa deadline. Pagpasok ko as usual hindi ko na naman naabutan si Riverain. It feels like she's not here anymore, but it's okay. I understand. I'm just tired, which explains why I'm so emotional.

Pabagsak na umupo ako sa sofa at pagod na sumandal. I would like to check on them, but doing so could make things worse. I don't know, whatever I do, it seems like there will be a dilemma at the end of it.

Nagising ako nang may maramdaman akong tumatapik sa balikat ko. "Bakit d'yan ka natulog?" Nanlalabo na tinignan ko kung sino.

"Hindi ko namalayan na nakatulog pala ako." Pumikit ako saglit, "what time is it?"
