Luigi awoke. He was in a strange room. The only things in the room were two plates. One had a burger, the other a slice of pizza. In between the plates was a little piece of paper that had the words "Choose Wisely" written on it. Luigi just sat there for a moment. Trying to figure everything out. What was happening? Where was he? He was tired, confused and scared. But above all, he was hungry. He was tired of pizza but the burger looked old and moldy. He picked up the pizza and took a hesitant bite. The crust was dry and the cheese was hard. He chewed slowly, still trying to figure out what was going on. Suddenly the door swung open, robed figures with golden chains walked in and watched Luigi.

"Do you like the pizza?" One of them asked. Luigi nodded warily. He still had no idea what was happening.

"Uh-where am I?" He asked. The robed figures looked at each other.

"We are the Order of the Slice." One of them said. "We have come to deliver your sentence." They all grabbed Luigi and dragged him out of the room. He almost choked on his pizza as they dragged him through the dark hallways. They finally stopped at a large, dimly lit room. Luigi almost collapsed when they let go of him. One of the robed figures stepped forward.

"Oh great tiny one!" He yelled. "Please judge this peasant wisely!" A memory hit Luigi like a punch. Cheryl had knocked him out. His breath quickened. Were these weird cultists going to kill him? Luigi looked around the room. The yelling robed figure was now hunched over something, he nodded and stood up. "I have received our leaders' message!" he yelled. "Luigi of Little Caesars! You will be our errand boy!"

"Oh. That doesn't seem so ba-"

"Forever!" He yelled. Luigi swallowed hard.

"Oh."

"You're first task is to kidnap Sir Patty!" Luigi just stared at them. Kidnapping? "And to make sure you don't escape Basil will watch you." The robed figure continued. He pointed to another robed figure, who took of their hood. Revealing their face. Luigi's eyes widened. Cheryl.

"I-I'll do whatever you want-just please let me go." He pleaded. He needed a nap.

"Don't mess up," The robed figure said. "That is all. Praise the grease!"

"Praise the grease!" The others repeated. They disbanded. Leaving Luigi alone, unsure of what to do.

"Come on." Cheryl said, walking up to him.

"W-what's going on?" He couldn't keep the tremble from his voice.

"Weren't you listening?" She asked.

"I just need a nap," He groaned. He was too tired to have self-respect.

"Let's go to my place." She said. "You can take a nap, then you get to work. "He nodded and followed her.

Cheryl's place was a small apartment. The wall was yellow with red dots and the floor had a fluffy dark red carpet. On the wall was a poster of Cheryl with the caption "I love pizza." There was a big screen TV, a couch and a bean bag chair. Luigi stared at odd apartment. Cheryl caught him staring. "What?" She asked.

"You're apartment is very..." He tried to think of what he could say that wouldn't offend her. "Unique."

"Yes." She said, smiling "It's not much but it's mine." She plopped down on the bean bag chair. "Anything to show my devotion to the best food in the world." She said. She kept talking about how pizza put all other food to shame, but Luigi was too tired to listen. He was too tired to do anything except collapse on the couch and black out, which he did.

Luigi awoke. He opened his eyes and saw Cheryl sitting on the couch, watching Master Chef. He stretched and rubbed his eyes.

"Where am I?" He asked, looking around. She glanced at him, frowning.

"Wow. You have a really bad memory," She said. "You're at my place. You remember who I am, right?" He nodded.

"You're weird cult kidnapped me and made me you're forever errand boy," He said.

"It's not a weird cult" Cheryl muttered. "It's a beautiful society that will one day rule the world." She said. Yeah not evil at all. He thought bitterly. "Are you hungry?" She asked.

"No." He said.

"Then let's get to work," She said, pausing her show.

"On... Kidnapping someone?" Luigi asked, unease churning in his gut.

"Not someone," She corrected. "He's a cat."

"Of course he is." He said.

"He belongs to The Knights of the Burger," She explained. "So we're going to kidnap him and make him ours."

"Ah,"

She stared at him, brows furrowed. "You should be taking this seriously." She said. "You're the errand boy, you know what that means?"

"I run errands?" He guessed.

"It means you're expendable." She said. "One slip-up could mean certain death."

Luigi swallowed.

"Oh."

He looked around nervously. How was he going to get out of this? He didn't know what to do. "S-so where is Sir Patty?" He asked. She looked at him with a sly smile.

"That's what you're going to find out."
