Walking into my lecture I groan and slouch in my chair. Having morning sickness isn't fun. Jaxon walks in a little late to the lecture and sits down next to Jemma. He has a plastic bag in his hand and hands it over to me. I open it and find a bottle of lemonade. I mouth a thank you and open it up. I've seriously been needing this.

"So, as you all know. This week is your last week before you go on your work experience. Depending on if you fail or pass your experience, you'll be graduating." I smile as I feel my heart beat increase.

We have to hand in the place we're doing the work experience. I'll be working under Xavier at his school. Since he's the head of the Sports department and the English department. I sip quietly on my lemonade while Oscar, Sally's son drones on about procedures.

"Piper, stay back a second hey?" I nod my head and walk slowly down to his front desk as everyone else leaves.

"Xavier asked me to keep an eye on you. Are you okay?" I smile softly and nod my head.

"I'm fine. Every time I have morning sickness he thinks I should stay home." I say with a chuckle.

"Well, I think once you do your work experience with him he'll feel more at ease knowing he can keep an eye on you." I nod my head.

I place my hand on my stomach and groan a little. I'm four months along now, and this baby of mine and Xavier's likes to kick me in the gut, reminding me that he/she is there.

"You okay?" I can hear the panic in Oscar's voice which makes me give a chuckle.

"I'm fine. Look." I take hold of his hand and place it on my stomach, a few seconds pass and my baby kicks again. The look of awe on Oscar's face makes me smile.

"Has Xavier felt that?" I nod my head and bite me lip.

"He get's just as entranced by it as you did." I say. He blushes and smiles.

"Well have a nice afternoon Piper and tell Xavier he needs to come see me more often." I smile and nod my head, walking out.

I squeal slightly as arms wrap around me. Turning around in his arms I whack his chest lightly. Xavier just chuckles and presses his lips softly to mine. I half my hands pressed against his chest and kiss him back.

"Come on, it's ultra sound time." I roll my eyes at his enthusiasm but smile anyway because I am excited. We get to find out what the sex of our child is. At first I thought I wouldn't want to know but as the time passed, getting to this four month mark, I couldn't just go on without knowing.

"Next time you scare me like that I will hit you in the groin." I mumble. Xavier smirks.

"No you won't. Otherwise we'd have to adopt if we wanted more children." I pout and poke my tongue out at him. He just laughs and takes my hand, dragging me to his car.

"Mr and Mrs Price?" Our doctor calls out. We walk in, and I sit down on the seat. He puts the gel on my stomach making me gasp at the coolness.

"Are you ready to find out the sex?" I nod my head eagerly as does Xavier. Our doctor chuckles at our child like enthusiasm.

"Well, looks like you're having a little girl." I smile and tear up as I look at my baby girl on the screen. He's got the 4D ultrasound on, which basically gives you a clearer picture of your child.

"I'll go print these off while you two talk." He walks out and I wipe the gel off my stomach and sit up on the bed. Before I can stand, Xavier is in front of me, kneeling down and planting a soft kiss on my stomach.

"You're daddy, is gonna protect you forever, I'm gonna kiss all your boo boos away, get rid of the monsters in the closet, buy you teddies and toys and play tea parties, I'll hold you when you need a hug, I'll scare away all the bullies... and when you get older I'll make sure you date only good boys and I'll buy you chocolate when you have cramps...I love you my little angel." My eyes tear up throughout his little soliloquy to our unborn.

"I also love your mummy very much." He whispers softly again, but looks up at me half way through.

He stands up, walks between my legs, cups my cheeks and plants his lips down onto mine. I hold his top in fists, tugging him down to me slightly as we kiss. His light stubble tickling my lips as he kisses me.

"Woah, you guys know you have to wait for this baby to be born before you go making another." We break apart, my cheeks flaming as Xavier chuckles at our doctor.

By the time we got home, the sky was darkening. Walking through the front door, there is a blanket of warmth that flows through the house, indicating the Sally is cooking. I smile and walk into the kitchen to give her a hand. Every night so far, we have been cooking together. We both know that soon she wont be around, once Xavier and I get married she'll move out. Xavier has already told her she can stay if she wants but we all know she wants to move closer to Oscar to be able to see her son and her grandkids.

"Piper, I want you to do something for me before you two get married. I need you to ask Xavier about his past. I mean all of it. He always keeps some of it to himself, afraid that people will leave him if they found out." I look at her shocked. Her request was out of nowhere.

"I have parts of my past that Xavier is yet to find out. Whatever it is, it wont phase me. He could have killed someone and I would still love him." Sally smiles and kisses my forehead.

"You are definitely the one he's been waiting for." I blush and walk out to set the table.
