After telling Sally the gender of our child, she went completely crazy. Talking about teddies to buy, and princess outfits, to buy wool so she can knit outfits.

I can't help but smile as she rants on about all these things she wants to do. Xavier has his arm wrapped around me the whole time.

When we finally escape from Sally, we find ourselves sprawled out on our bed. Xavier has his hand resting gently on my stomach, tracing little patterns with his finger as I watch on.

His forehead is pressed against mine, in the beautiful silence that consumes us. It's now that I remember what Sally had said about asking Xavier about his past.

"Xavier, Sally said I should ask you about your past. She said you hide something because you're afraid of people rejecting you." He sighs and rolls his eyes.

"Sally never did know how to keep quiet about my personal life." I place my hand on his stubbly cheek and stroke it.

"She only does it because she cares." He nods his head.

"I know she does." I lean up slightly and press my lips to his.

"Like I said to Sally, I understand you haven't told me everything. There's things I haven't told anyone and I'm not sure I ever will. Sometimes, the past should stay the past." He smiles and nuzzles his head into my neck, kissing it lightly as he does.

"I love you so much Piper." I smile and run my hand through his hair. I hear a soft content sigh leave his lips, his breathing steadying out as well.

I smile when I hear the faintest snoring sound. He has fallen asleep like this. It's absolutely adorable.

It doesn't take long until I'm finding myself fall asleep too. I grab the spare blanket behind me, trying carefully motto disturb Xavier, and drape it over the both of us.

In the morning, I'm woken up with a wonderful surprise of no morning sickness. I smile happily at the surprise.

I lean my head back down onto Xavier's chest. I have uni today, but I can't seem to find the motivation to get up. Xavier's finger start to trace little circles on my arm.

"Good morning beautiful." I smile and sigh contentedly.

"Good morning." I feel his lips press lightly against my head.

"Have you thought of any baby names?" He asks softly.

"Yeah, I was thinking Genevieve, Cornelia..." I trail off trying to think of any other.

"What about Cordelia?" Xavier asks. I smile at the name. It's similar to Cornelia but seems more pleasant to the ears.

"Sounds perfect." I say smiling.

"Did you want a middle name?" I ask him.

"Well, I think it's not entirely necessary but that doesn't mean we don't have to have one."
