20 ("Are you proposing?")

Over the course of a year, Yeonjun has found his one weakness. Love. To his credit, he has improved in that area thanks to the lovingly kind (and patient) heart of Huening Kai, but of course he is still new to this love thing...

"Okay so I'm going to order one thousand skeleton flowers and have them arranged into the shape of him and us kissing.." Yeonjun is going over his brilliant date idea and Beomgyu has eagerly volunteered to help plan.

The blue haired boy eagerly nodded his head up and down "and then we can get a water fountain and place it in front of it and we can make it look like the water is glittery- oh have you considered looking into doves? Or swans?"

"What are you crack heads talking about?" Taehyun questions the two. Him and Soobin happened to have walked into the library and over heard their conversation.

"Yeonjun is planning a date for him and Kai" Beomgyu answers, and in confirmation Yeonjun nods his head with a smirk and flexes his muscles obnoxiously. Soobin smiles and pushes down his cousins arms

"No no, don't do that"

"Yeonjun why the fuck are you going to make a flower arrangement of you two? Are you proposing?"

"I don't know! I just know I want to impress him!" Yeonjun sighs defeated

"I know you want to impress him but you didn't get him to like you by impressing him. Don't you know your boyfriend? Do something that he'd like and not something that will make you look good" Yeonjun nods his head and finds reason in his friends advice. Perhaps maybe this all was too much- but then again is that so wrong? Yeonjun is all about taking challenges and things to the next level. So how does one take it to the next level without doves and flower arrangement sculptures?

Then, it hits him.

That evening Huening Kai was at home in the living room, on his phone scrolling through social media apps. His brothers sat around the area as well. Taehyung sewing a shirt and Namjoon on his laptop; he told his brothers he was working on important files but in reality he was on the sims 4 build mode.

An unexpected knock caused everyone to look up from what they were doing.

"Are we expecting someone?" Taehyung asks

"Not that I know of" Kai shrugs his shoulders. Namjoon gets up and heads to the front door. As soon as he was gone Taehyung looks at the laptop screen

"HA NERD!" He exclaims while pulling the laptop onto his lap; huening Kai eagerly popping over to join in on the snooping.

Namjoon answers the front door moments later and reveals a nervous Yeonjun on the porch steps.

"Who are you?" Of course Namjoon knows about Yeonjun, but he wanted to intimidate the boy a bit.

"Hi it's nice to me you Sir, my name is Yeonjun-" Yeonjun extends his hands out and exchanges a steady handshake with Namjoon. Firm and straight to the poin "-Is Huening Kai home?"

"He is, what are you here for?"

"HYUNG WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Kai had gotten up after Namjoon didn't immediately return. He also wanted to know who was here; but when he found his boyfriend and oldest brother talking he felt his soul leave his body.

"Oh you're here again" Taehyung pops in as well.

"Again?" Namjoon questions

"Who said that?" Taehyung tilts his head confused.

"This is your friend?" Namjoon questions his youngest brother. Everyone around tenses up at the question, but Kai only briefly before he straightens his back with a proud smile
