"Hey, you okay there?"

Taylor looks up to see the tall figure above her. His powerful dark-eyed stare was filled with so much strength but also calmness. Taylor's quickly pulls her thumb out of her mouth and gazed at the man with big blue eyes full of tears. Taylor started to panic. She sorta zoned out while crying, she didn't completely realize how public her meltdown exactly was.

"Hey..." Asher started, leaning a bit closer. "Do you want me to walk you to the nurse's offi-" before he could finish Taylor rushed out the door.

She ran out of the building and into the hallway  as fast as she could. How could she be so stupid? crying in class!?

Once she got onto the the more crowded area of the school where everyone was exiting class, she tried to quickly stop herself from running into everyone, but her foot got caught in a small crack in the ground, sending her flying face forward onto the hard tile flooring. Her knees slamming into the ground as she tried to brace herself.

Taylor yelped in pain as she was now completely laying on the floor. As the world around her came into focus, she realized the audience that was starting to gather around her.

She quickly tried to push herself up from the ground to avoid the attention. But as she tried to push upwards the pain in her knee made her collapse back onto the ground.

————————-Asher POV ————————-

I've spent the past 5mins searching for Taylor. Ugh, how could I be so dumb, I shouldn't have approached her so suddenly. Who knows where she is now.

As I walk into the quad, I notice a large group of students circling something. Curious, I walk into the large crowd. As I made my way through the zoo of people, the thing they are surrounding comes into view. Taylor.

She was trying to push her wobbly body back onto its feet but she keep falling back down onto the floor.

I push through the crowd and kneel nell down down where Taylor lies. "TAYLOR!! Are you okay?"

I try to grab one of her hands and try to lift her, but she quickly pulls away. "NO!! Get off me" she panics. I back up slightly, not meaning to scare her. But the girl just continues her struggle.

"I'm just trying to help out," I try to make my final attempt of pulling her onto her feet, but once I feel a harsh smack on my arm I lose patience. Grabbing the girl by her armpits and lifting her up into my arms before she attracts even more attention to herself from every kid in the hallway.

"NOOO!!!" She thrash's, trying to claw my back back as we walk away.

"Shh," I try to soothe her. "I'm just going to take you to the nurse okay? You are clearly hurt and need that need checked out."

Her attempts of breaking free came to a bit of a halt as a few tears run down her cheeks. A look of defeat and humiliation taking over her face. So I began to softly bounce her a bit.

As held Taylor I noticed how incredibly light she was, and the way she seemed to melt into my hold.

That was at least until we arrived at the nurse, before even entering her posture perked up and body became tense.

"NO!!" she screams.

I look at her confused, "what's wrong?"

She starts to squirm and before I can tighten my grip, Taylor slips out of my grasp. She tries limping away, but she couldn't get far before slamming into a rock hard chest.

"We're do you think you're going?"
