PROLOGUE:

It wasn't AJ's fault that she was smart. No matter how many times she tried, any and all information that entered her brain stayed there. She'd do anything possible to get rid of the information she had acquired.

Her smartness often got her not only into trouble, but bullied as well. She'd unintentionally notice small details about other people and release that information.

At the ripe old age of 6, she met her neighbour across the road. Somehow, she never bothered to remember his name. The only part about him that she seemed to remember was that he had curly chestnut-brown hair, dark brown eyes and a love for button-down shirts with either a vest or a tie.

Something about him annoyed her, possibly how he was just as smart as her, yet he didn't care about being bullied because of his smarts, or other people judging him.
