emersyn of course was no longer getting picked up by the triplets after all the ugliness that had happened at homecoming.

she talked to nick and chris a couple of times but never matt, matt didnt want to talk to her but she wanted to talk to him.

luke dropped her off at school at 7:55 am, school started at 8 am. her first class of course had to be with matt. she didnt want to deal with him at all and she was sure he didnt want to deal with her

she walked into the class and surprisingly, matt wasnt sitting in their usual seats, he was sitting with eleanor. "why the fuck would he be sitting with her?" she thought. maybe they were friends?. she hated herself for caring so much too.

she sat down in her usual seat and just started working. she still had that same question in her head but she decided to ignore it and brush it off, it didnt mean anything, right?

emersyn walked in the cafeteria expecting to see only 3 people at the table, but no, there were 4 people instead. yeah you know who the fourth person was

"matt shut up!" eleanor giggles out as matt smiled

nick and chris were laughing too, but it didnt look genuine, emersyn knew them well enough to know they werent actually having a good time

the last thing she wanted to do was sit with matt and eleanor. she just payed for her food and started walking back out the cafeteria but she heard her name bring called out

"emmy!" nick says "how are you feeling?"

"like a piece of shit" emersyn says

"sit down" chris says, patting the chair next to him

"no" matt says

"matt shut the fuck up" nick deadpans

"its fine, im gonna sit in the field" she looks down

"we'll come with you" nick stands up

"im just gonna eat alone, you stay here though" she smiles softly

"good" matt mumbles

"matt what is your problem?" emersyn breaks character

"i didnt say anything emersyn" matt holds his hands up in defense

"go fuck yourself matt." she places her tray on the table and just leaves

emersyn really did feel like a piece of shit. she wanted matt to follow after her, she really did, but he didnt. of course he didnt. nick and chris did though

"hey matts just in a mood" chris says

"he cant even look at me, chris" emersyn looks at him

"emmy hes fine, hes just bring a bitch, he'll come around" nick says, putting a hand on her shoulder

"he isnt gonna come around though. and i hate him because hes making me feel like a horrible person just because i dont like him. he thinks i led him on but how would i lead him on if i didnt even know he liked me? hes probably gonna get all goody goody with eleanor now, yay we love eleanor" she says sarcastically "shes trying to get matt to replace me and its fucking working"
