CHAPTER 21: CAN WE KILL HIM? WE WILL TRY!

I ran after Aleks, following him down the hallway. He turned into the home ec. room. I slowed down into a walk and stood still when I arrived at the door. Quickly looking around making sure the hallways where cleared I smiled. This is my chance...I could finally kill him. I took out my small pocket sword from the back of my pocket and opened the door.

"Aleks? You in there?" I cooed in mock innocence. I spotted Aleks in the corner, his knees pulled to his chest and his entire body shook as he sobbed.

"Oh~Aleks" I said and walked towards him. He looked up at me, his face twisted in pain. Tears ran down his red cheeks and his bottom lip quivered.

"H-He...I, Aya" He stammered hiccupping. My fake frown was replaced with a real one. Aleks buried his head back into his knees.

"I-I am so sorry" He cried out his voice muffled. My grip tightened on the pocket sword.

"W-why are you sorry?" I asked. He looked up again.

"I-I...Xander k-kissed you...y-you hate him right? I-I trusted hi-him and he does th-this...I should have known" He said looking up at me with his big blue eyes, sniffling every few seconds. My heart lurched forward...what the hell? What was this feeling?

"Your right..you should have known" I said getting angry. This...human was making me feel odd.

"I know Aya...I am s-so so sorry...Your the o-only true friend I have. Th-thank you" he said a small smile spreading across his lips.

He looked so happy, this made me angry. Humans hunt anything different and slaughter it. It doesn't have to harm them...they just don't like things being different. Then...they have the nerve to look us in the eyes...a-and smile!

I hate them...I'll kill any of them that get in my way. I was just about to draw my sword when I heard an annoying voice.

"Tatsuya? Is everything alright?" A boy said walking in. He was small and had pastel purple hair. Glasses with a thick frame sat on his nose. Aleks looked up and sniffled.

"H-Hey Key. Whats up?" Aleks responded, I shoved the sword back into my pocket cursing under my breath.

"I was just going back to my room-" He paused "What is troubling you?"

Aleks sniffled and frowned, another wave of tears flowed down his face. He frowned and shook his head.

"X-Xander...he-he betrayed me" Aleks whined annoyingly. I needed this Key guy to leave so I can cut this human to pieces.

"Mr. Bailey? He betrayed you? How?" Key asked walking towards Aleks and squatted down in front of me. Aleks looked away and sniffled again.

If I tell him..he'll know about Xander's sexuality. I growled at his thought..why the hell does he care what happens to Xander away? He kissed me!

"Takuya, I know about you and Mr. Bailey. I do not mind either...did something happen between you two?" Key asked and Aleks nodded.

"Well, studies show that the best way to get over a break up is hanging out with friends and a tub of ice cream." Key said and Aleks smiled up at him.
