CHAPTER 28:THE ALMOST FINAL FINALE

-Aleks's POV-

"How are we supposed to do that?" I asked as I followed Key to the cafeteria.
"We start one rumor, that turns into a fight, the fight turns to a rebellion. Simple as that." He replied plainly as I chewed my bottom lip. 
"H-How does this help Xander?" I asked.
"Just trust me on this, Mr. Tatsuya." Key stated before looking around the lunch room. His silver eyes examined each and every person before he stopped. I followed his gaze and froze when I noticed he was staring right at the larger male from my gym class. The one that tackled me into a pulp.
"Key...pl-please...not him." I pleaded as the small purple haired boy took off. I was about to chase after him but instantly stopped myself and pressed my back against the wall as I watched him, unsure of what to do.
I watched Key walk over to him, and my heart nearly pounded out of my chest. I saw him lean over and say something to him. I took a step closer, attempting to hear the conversation. Key's face remained stone cold as the boys changed emotions quickly. From curiosity to confusion, from confusion to anger.
After his face was completely red, Key stood up and headed back to me, motioning for me to follow him out of the room. I obeyed and moved next to him, waiting for an explanation.
"What did you say to him?" I asked and he looked over to me.
"Let's just say that those ten years of psychology paid off." he replied and I decided not to question it any further.
"So uhm...wh-what do we do next?" I asked.
"We talk to the witches." he replied and I gave him a confused look.

"Greetings, I would like to speak to you about something." Key went over to a group of males and females, the one that turned around was a young boy with dark skin and completely white hair, his eyes where golden and his smile dazzling. He looked down to me and Key before folding his arms over his chest.
"What can I do for you sweet cheeks?" he asked sweetly and Key faltered with his response.
"Oh...could I possibly ask you a favor?" he asked after a moment and the boy nodded.
"Sure, whatchya need?" he asked, giving us another smile.
"Would you mind stepping away from your friends for a moment?" Kye asked as I hid behind him, peeking over his shoulder at the tall graceful boy. He gave us a confused look before turning to his friends, telling them he'd be only a moment, and walked with us to the side.
"I wanted to ask you for a rebellion spell." Key stated, coming right out with it.
"I'm sorry..." his usual smile faded into a soft frown. "I can't just give out dangerous potions like that."
"The names Keyser, I won't be doing anything harmful with it, I am simply attempting to conduct a study."
"May I seem some proof please?" the boy asked before looking back to me. "And who's that one?" he added, the soft smile returning.
"Uhm...I-I...am...erm...Al-Aleks." I stumbled over my words.
"Well hello, I am Koda." he replied happily. Key pulled out a small ID before handing it to Koda, he examined it before handing it back.
"Alright, come on. It's all in my room." he replied before waving for us to follow him. I grabbed the hem of Key's jacket before following both of them closely.

"Here, if your using it on Aleks, give him less than a drop. Unless we want him attacking ever single person in here." He chuckled as he handed us a bottle of black liquid that sparkled red in the sunlight. Key took it before nodding to him.
"I'll make sure I use it appropriately." He assured him. "Thank you very much."
"It's no problem, if you need anything, you know who to come to." he laughed.
Me and Key took our leave quickly and he walked me back to my room, opening the door for me. I walked in before looking back at him.
"Please stay in here until I come get you." he stated and I gave him a confused look. "The next steps get dangerous, you are no use to anyone dead. Please, listen and stay here."
"O-Ok.." I mumbled and he closed the door, taking his leave.

-Key's POV-

I gripped the potion before sliding it into my pocket, walking back to the cafeteria. I could already hear Mr. Higashi blabbering about the wrongs of this school. Once I added the rebellion serum to the water supply, it would send everyone over the edge. That man was one unimportant migraine.
I have to admit it was quite rash to jump to this plan so quickly, but I once read that when a friend was in need, you should help them at no cost. And Mr. Tatsuya was the one person I had considered a friend in my entire life. And I have been around for quite awhile.
I moved swiftly into the kitchen, hiding from the lunch ladies as I moved to the water bins in the back. I flipped the cap off the potion before I poured the entire dose in, the water turned bright red before it went back to the usual clear color. I slid the empty bottle back into my pocket before leaving quickly.
