Kodie pov

Late next morning

It was late the next morning 11:39 to be exact and I was up and extremely exhausted. Man we was at it till like five something this morning. Last night...I can't even explain it....yesterday was truly like something out of a movie. And I hate to say it but our fairytale was short lived. Today we go home. Our flight is in a couple of hours and needless to say, I'm definitely not ready. I feel like we just getting started. But anywho we gotta get back to our lives and businesses. Of course Rae still was still asleep and I didn't want to bother her until I had everything situated. I kissed her on the forehead as I discreetly slipped out of the bed. After last night I'm sure she's going to be sore so I ran her a hot bubble bath added some soaking epsom salt and rose petals. I also ordered us in some room service. I also needed to clean but I'll do that after I get her up, which I was attempting to do now.

"Nooo leave me alone kodie. She's tired and I'm tired. We need a break." She groaned making me chuckle

"Baby get up. I ran you a hot bath, and got us food."

"Food?" She popped her head from under the covers

"Yes fat ass." I laughed

"It should be here after your bath, which is getting cooler the longer you lay here."

"Ok ok fine." She finally sat up stretching exposing her naked body to me and boy, she was covered in passion marks. She looked like a spotted leopard.

"Damnn"

"What? I stink or something?"

"No crazy girl. Your skin..."

"What is it?"

"You should go look in the mirror" she squinted her eyes at me suspiciously

"Kodie Shantil Marr-Williams."

"Damnn my whole government?"

"They better go away and fast." She said before attempting to get up but ended up on the floor.

"Seriously." She looked up at me while I laughed

"Im sorry baby, it's not all my fault. You the one was singing Rodeo by city girls. But no worries I'll carry you princess.." I picked her up bridal style carrying her to the bathroom. I sat her on the counter and went to turn on the jets in the tub.

"Damnnnn. I look like a freaking leopard."

"I said the same thing. Uhh they are on your back too..." I grimaced scratching my head. Honestly they looked bad. It was exciting and a spur of the moment type of thing when I was doing it but now, it looks like she's been beaten and I don't like it. At all.

"I'm sorry babe, I-I didn't think about the bruising after. I don't like this.."

"Baby I'm fine. If I had a problem I would have said something last night. And besides it's really just my light close to white ass skin." She tried laughing it off but I still disagree. This was way to many marks.

"Are you sure I wasn't hurting you? Are you hurting now?"

"I promise I'm fine. Nothing is hurting. They should go away after my bath, most anyway. So stop worrying and help me to the tub." I nodded helping her down off the counter and over into the tub.

"God this feels amazing. Thank you baby this is exactly what I need after last night....."

"Of course my love, If you need anything I'll be in the other room."

"Wait, your not joining?"

"I think it's best I don't. For reasons that put you in the tub in the first place.." I chuckled

"I'm not objecting." She winked at me

"Very tempted but I'm gonna have to pass this round. But I promise you your real massage after, deal?"

"Pinky Promise?" She asked with a coy smile

"Pinky promise, whatever you want princess." I said connecting our fingers as we sealed it with a deep kiss.

"I love you..." I said looking into her eyes. I say it often but I hope she genuinely knows that I do.

"I love you more...and I know you do."

"Did I voice that out loud?

"No, but you were overthinking. As per usual."

"Just wanted to be sure you know...but I'm going to clean up some while you relax. Call me if you need anything."

A few hours later

Everything was cleaned and we were all packed just waiting for our flights. We spent the rest of the day laid up loving and rubbing on each other. All I wanted to do was hold her. I wasn't ready yet I knew neither was she. She hardly spoke, but neither did I. No words would actually match how I feel. It was late 4 going on 5 and our flights were both at 8 Luckily our hotel was right by the airport we didn't have to rush to leave. I can spend as much time with her as I can.

"What do you have planned these next few weeks? I asked her

"Well finishing the building and hopefully opening up" She said but didn't sound so excited.

"That's amazing, why do I get the feeling you don't feel the same way?"

"Because it's going to take a lot of my time. Taking a lot of the time I need for you.."

"But it's all for good reason so I couldn't be mad at that. Besides, I just found out I'll be pretty busy too..."

"Ok, elaborate?" She said sitting up facing me.

"Well, I'm going on a 30 days and 30 nights Tour....."

"Meaning you will have little to no time at all for me..." she looked at me with saddened eyes.

"I promise no matter what, I'll make time." I said grabbing her and pulling her into my arms.

"I don't think that's something you can promise me babe..." in a sense she was right but I was definitely going to try.

"I promise I'm going to try my hardest. But babe we will be fine I promise..." neither of us said much after that. I could tell she was feeling a way. And I hated I couldn't change that. A few hours later we both were standing at the airport.

"Well...I should head to my terminal. I promise whole heartedly it won't be as bad as your thinking bae. Just think it won't be like this forever.." I said to her.

"I know I'm just gonna miss you. That's all.."

"I tell you what, as soon as I'm done with this tour I'll be in Houston. I'll come to see you and spend time with you."

"Promise?"

"Pinky promise." I smirked holding my finger up

"So childish..." she laughed but still tied our pinkys together .

"I love you..." I said looking into her eyes

"I love you too..." with this I gave her one last kiss before we parted ways. I couldn't imagine life without her again, so I was gonna fight for it. And I definitely was gonna keep my promise to her..I'll see her soon....
