Chapter 30 The Four Losses

     Kali walks through the forest using her abilities she was born with to check the surrounding areas of the forest, ever since the events at the palace and the talk with the queen and the other two it is confirmed, she will lose her son but, when will it happen is the true question. Also she remembers the other two involved physically besides her own son. She wants to know more but she refuses to pry into another's past even if it leads to multiple deaths, she's not the only one who'll lose someone. Although granted to her majesty she'll only lose someone physically to the other, well. Kali's thoughts stop as her ears atop her head twitch as she hears footsteps, "Oh it's just you...", she says as she turns to face another blonde haired female but her hair is much lighter than her own. Kali narrows her eyes at the female, "Are you going to tell me why you've been following me or are we just going to fight? I am after all a very busy woman after all", she says as she smiles at the female, "Come now, dear, you already know what I'm here for", she blonde says, Kali nods, "Your right, your right", but, I still don't know the real reason behind your actions, care to finally elaborate this time?", she says hinting to the fact the woman before her has approached her many times but not for idle chit chat. Kali nods with a hum, "Right I understand but you already know how this'll end, so why do you constantly target me and not the others? hmm?", she asks curiously while teetering back and forth on her heels and toes like a child would do. The other scoffs, "Really? you and I both know the rest of your kind can only match you at half if that. You on the other hand are the strongest of them all yet you are the same as them, why is that?" She asks one of the many questions she always does but doesn't expect a truthful answer. Kali smiles at her and holds out her hand with her palm facing the sky, "If you truly want answers my dear azure with, then I suggest you ask her majesty for a puppet instead, but don't come crying to me once she refuses you", she says with a smirk as she turns to walk away but hears the older woman snap, "Do you so treat your elders with such disrespect?! I came for a reason that you refuse to cooperate with!!", she yells at the other female. Kali lets out a sigh and her ears twitch at the yelling, "Calm yourself, your acting like a child", she responds as she faces the other female again and crosses her arms, "You should know better than anyone, EVERYTHING comes with a price, so tell me Mrs. Azure, what price are you willing to pay for my power hm?"She questions while lifting her arm up to wave her hand towards said female before resuming to cross them and patiently wait for the woman's response. The azure witch lets out a soft 'tsk' before taking a stance, "Fine then if I beat you in a battle then you will give me your power", she says determinedly. Kali smirks, "All right Mrs. Azure, humor me", she says taking a fighting stance as well and both stay like that for a few minutes before lunging at each other. Kali makes the first contact as she dodges every advance towards her, making direct contact with the other face. The witch stumbles back with a grunt, shaking her head before looking at her opponent, "Your going to fight me with hand to hand combat?! fight me for real!! unless you're weaker than the others of your kind!! and here I thought you were their leader!!", she yells as Kali stands there as a frown appears on her face, "There will always be someone stronger than even I, Mrs. Azure, I'm curious why you're goin for me instead of the direct top? Kali lets out a small hum before her attention turns to the womans stomach, "You may survive but if you lose anymore blood they won't", she says as the woman looks at her still confused before subcontiously placing a hand on her stomach, "Wha-? You can't- I'm not-", she says as Kali crosses her arms and speaks her voice so cold and full of malace and venom as her expretion turns extremely dark, "You Dare Come To Me, while carrying an Innocent Child?!", The azure witch flinches surprised by the foxes acusaation, "I-I didn't-", she starts shocked, how did shenot notice? She hasn't even had any symptoms of pregnancy, "How?", she asks, Kali croses her arms pissed that if this had continued she would of killed an innocent child, "You know, I find it ironic that your having a child when your clearly acting like one yourself..", Letting out a sigh she turns around and starts walking away, "Hey! W-wait!! where are you going?!", the witch screams at the retreating blonde, "Come find me after you're done giving birth", Is all she replies before disappearing.
