Chapter 15 You have a WHAT?! And Memories

     By the time all of them left school and headed home to their respected homes everything was peaceful as the Friday evening rolled in and everything went smoothly but a simple blonde beauty was stressing out on how to tell her parents about her raising a child. She paces back in forth in front of another blonde haired female with lighter blonde hair then her and crystal blue eyes. Luna looks at her friend and shakes her head, "Why not just flat out tell your parents you adopted a boy a year older then your little sister and that you have a boyfriend to help you to take care of him?", she asks. Kali just shakes her head and looks at her before responding, "And what exactly am I supposed to say? 'Hey Mom and dad how's it going by the way I have a boyfriend who loves hunting people as much as I do and I also adopted a boy a year older then Steel because my dumbass brother destroyed an entire town and the boys parents in one swift turn of his head just to stare them down till everything exploded in flames and ashes!!!", she yells while still pacing around the room. Luna just stares at her blankly before responding, "Yeah", she states bluntly no hit of sarcasm. Kali just stares at her a bit surprised while the lighter blonde haired female stares back, "What?", she asks not caring on how stressed her friend is. Kali just stares at her for a moment before responding, "Uh Luna....aren't you supposed to be helping me and not criticizing me?", she questions the other blonde, Luna just shrugs in response and looks at her with a bored expression, "Just wing it girl, I'm sure you'll be fine the most they can do is ground you from killing people....", she says and looks away and towards the kitchen before getting up and going to make some food and hears Kali yell to her, "Killing people is my life!! And raising Dante now with the help of Ace of course...", she says getting a knowing look from the other blonde as she walks into the room, "Oooooh you liiiiiiike hiiiiiiiim", she says with a smirk, Kali glares at her, "Oh shut up Luna!!! It's not like you are in my situation with a new boyfriend, a kid and having to tell your parents!!!", she yells at her and Luna looks over to her, "Your right I don't because I don't meet and fall in love with killing buddies in a week to a month", she says smirking more. Kali huffs and glares at her, "You are really NOT helping my situation", Kali responds not pleased, Luna smiles sweetly at her, "Oh my!! Your right!! I only came for the food", she snickers before taking a bite of her sandwich and smiles at her.
As the girls continue to talk Kali decides to sleep and think about it later and waves goodbye to Luna and closes the door before as her eyes turn an ocean blue color, looking at the time, "Ace should be home soon with Dante...I better get dinner ready", she says and heads for the kitchen and turns on the oven setting it to the right degrees before pulling chicken nuggets and fries out of the freezer and opens the packages and grabbing an baking pan and placing the food on it while the oven heats up. After doing that she goes and watches tv for a bit until she hears the timer, getting up and going to the kitchen she opens the oven and places the pan inside before closing it, she then sets the timer before going back to watching tv, after a while she hears the timer and gets up and going to the kitchen again to open the oven and take them out. She checks the food before putting it in a bit longer and setting the timer again, she then goes back to the living room and sits down and enjoys the show. After a while she hears the final timer go off and gets up and goes to the kitchen again and grabs the oven mitts and places them over her hands before opening the stove and taking out the food, she then places the pan on the stove and takes off the mitts after shutting the door. She sighs at the smell of the food before hearing the door open and close before hearing her boys walk through the house and to the kitchen.
Dante smiles once he smells the food he runs to the kitchen and jumps, "Hi mum!!", he greets her, Kali looks down at him and picks him up, "Hey buddy!! How was school?", she smiles, Dante smiles back, "It was good!! I had fun!!", he grins and she laughs and sets him down, "Well why don't you go put your stuff in your room and I'll get you a plate of food then?", she grins back as he nods and quickly makes his way to his room. Ace walks up to her and wraps his arms around her waist, "And how was your day at school my dear little devil?", he smirks down at her. Kali looks at at him with a smirk as she wraps her arms around his neck, "Fine fine, could be better if you were there", she smiles as he chuckles, "You know full well that I'm in college my dear", he leans down and kisses her forehead before hearing their son coming down the stairs, "I'd get his food now before he gets feisty", he says with a chuckle while letting her go and she rolls her eyes and sets the table with food and the three sit down and eat. After eating they watch a movie and go to bed, the boys easily falling asleep while Kali lay awake still trying to figure out how to tell her parents and really starts to think about winging it like Luna said but she sighs and closes her eyes and tries to sleep.
