Chapter 23 Meeting The Queen Of All Beings And A New Charm?!

    Steel wakes up on a Saturday morning and slowly sits up, rubbing her eyes and glancing around her room, with a small huff she gets up and goes to take a shower. She cleans up,washing her body and long black hair before rinsing off before stepping out and drying off, she blow dries her hair before getting dressed and going to meet up with Dante to explore, by now the two appear to be in their teens but really aren't. She opens a portal and steps through it before heading off to her sisters house. Once at her sisters she knocks and the door opens to reveal a waiting Dante who smiles at her, "ready to go?", he asks and she smiles, "Yeah! Let's find us some charms!", she says and they head out to meet up with the other two. They all head out and start searching for charms to add to Steels collection by not she has an entire necklace that she put her other charms on and one bracelet. They all continue to walk in search after a while of searching they find something well not something more like someone, the group looks up to see a tall woman about 5'8 with long light blonde hair and forest green eyes wearing what seems to be a robe from ancient times with a hood attached to it, it is black with gold lining and reaches the ground. The three stare at her surprised but suddenly hears a voice in their heads, "Hello Steel, I've been waiting to meet you since you and your friends found my charm", she says in their heads. Steel looks at her feeling all her powerful energy from her, "Who are you?", she asks and gets another response in her head, "My name is Roxy, I'm what you can say an ancient creature, a dinosaur actually, preferably the-", she stops hearing Steels voice cut in more as a trail off then a statement, "T-Rex...", she says trailing off as she stares wide eyed at her.
Roxy smiles and nods, "That is correct", she says before looking at Steel in the eyes becoming serious, "I have I trusted you with these charms for a good reason, now listen carefully", she says making Steel tense a bit at her serious state before nodding and Roxy continues, "I have chosen you to be the next guardian of the animals, but not all of these animals are regular animals, they can turn into humans", she says. Steel listens intently to her and takes in all the information as she continues to speak to her. By the time the woman is done explaining its almost nighttime and the group head out to explore before they have to go home for dinner. They all head their separate ways except Steel and Dante who head for Seth's house since he promised to take them for a few days since the carnival is in town, plus there are other things going on as well, like for instance she's going to be another aunt and she's only 19 well per say she's actually a lot older. She also finally met the woman who's sent her on wild goose chases to find all these charms. She glances at her charms with a small smile hoping she'll find more soon but after the carnival. She looks over at Dante and smiles, "Hey Dante, what do you want to be when we graduate from everything?", she asks. Dante closes his eyes thinking about her question before responding, "I don't know maybe go to another country and learn about their ways of living and learn a new language, how about you?", he asks looking at her. Steel smiles and looks to the sky before responding, "I'm going to continue to look for more charms in different countries so you might see me at some point!", she grins at him and he grins back, "Great I look forward to it!!", he says and they return to Seth's home and knock. Seth opens the door and looks down at them and grins, doesn't say anything and lets them in. The two walk in looking at him questioningly but Seth ignores them and shuts the door and walks to the kitchen smirking as he hears Lavender scream his name and run downstairs with damp hair, damp clothes and a red face, "YOUR SO MEAN TO ME!!!!! WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!?! ESPECIALLY IN THE SHOWER!!!!!", she screams making the two teens confused but they just take some food and go to one of the spare rooms.

Before Hand With Seth And Lavender

Lavender makes herself some sandwiches and sits down and eats. She hums a bit while eating with her eyes closed and with a smile on her face. Seth in the other room hears her humming and gets off the couch and goes to the kitchen, "You gonna sing for me?", he smirks making her stop and open her eyes, she turns her attention to him and shakes her head, "Not on your life", she says before continuing eating her food, she finishes shortly after and washes her plate before heading upstairs to shower. Seth watches her retreat to up the stairs as he stands there waiting, once he hears the shower start he slowly makes his way upstairs towards the bathroom to give her time to get in. He stands outside the door for a few moments and closes his eyes and listens closely to the noises on the other side, once he hears her beautiful humming start up again he slowly and quietly opens the door and steps in and slowly and quietly shuts it as to not disturb her. Seth focuses his eyes on closed shower curtain and frowns but a smirk suddenly spreads across his face, he nods it'll be about an hour and a half before his sister an nephew arrive so he starts to strip. Once done Seth walks up to the curtain and slowly opens it and steps in and closes it before looking at his distracted wife.
