In the depths of darkness lies creatures whonare said to only be killed by the sun's rays, most proclaim these creatures as vampires but, these creatures are far worse especially when angered or upset. Every time one is angered or upset a black hole or worse appears and destroys everything and anything in it's path. Though these creatures are different from many they are not an easy kill nor are they easily fooled. These creatures enjoy tearing people apart but not from their limbs they tear them from their own shadows, in fact that's exactly what they are, Shadows. These shadows of course have a ruler, one of shadows and one of mortals, everything was at peace until that on faithful day.... and that is where it all started.
Hospital
"Push!!!", was all that she heard besides the beeping of the machines as she did as told letting out painful screams here and there as time seemed to slow down as she feels a hand hold hers but she can't see who it is but she knows it's him. She keeps going until she reaches the end where she hears it, the cries of a baby, her baby. The nurses get tho work on cleaning the baby and the woman before making sure everything was fine before handing over the small child to which the parents accept with smiles. The nurses and doctors leave the room to give them space and to discuss some things. Both mother and father staring at their baby boy with smiles on their faces, "What shall we name him my love?", he questios as he stares at the boy who suddenly opens his eyes revealing a lovely violet color mixed with the slightest of ocean blue, she stares at him for a moment before her smile grows, "Prince, his name will be Prince Xander Hunter", she states confidently. He lets out a chuckle but smiles, "That's what we're calling him?", he questions while she just gives him a weird look, "What? do you not like it? I though-", she says but gets cut off by his lips pressing against hers, when he pulls back he smiles, "It's perfect I love it", he says making her smile and look down at her son, "My little Prince", she says before she starts dosing off which the male responds by kissing her forehead and taking their son and putting him to sleep. He the gets up and goes the the nurse that walks in, handing him another child this time a girl, "Sorry their was some slight complications with her but she's fine now", she says as she hands over the small child, "A girl?", he questions surprised 'but thats impossible...a human having a child of a shadow is painful enough to get them killed but two is beyond a death wish', he thinks before nodding to the female and walking to his wife, 'Although she did say "slight" complications' he thinks as he sits down with their second new member of the family. The male looks at his wife in concern though she looks completely fine other then the tiredness in her eyes, "How are you feeling Aria?", he questions, she in return looks at him, giving him a tired smile, "I'm fine just tired is all", she says looking at her daughter, "What name shall we give her, Shadow?", she says now looking at her husband. He looks down at his daughter studying her features before smiling and looking up at her, "Laverita", he states with a smile. Aria looks at her daughter before smiling, "Prince and Laverita it is", she says with a smile before leaning against him, "I'm tired...", she sighs and he looks at her with a light smile, "Sleep...you deserve it..", he says while kissing her forehead before taking his son from her and placing both of them in the crib before laying down with his wife, "I'm sorry I woke you for that..", he says before wrapping her in his arms and falling asleep with her only hearing an 'It'sok' before nothing but silence is heard.
In The Same Hospital At The Same Time
A scream of pain is heard as a female is rushed to the emergancy room due to her water breaking. She knew this would happen of course...between having a mix of a shadow and a born hunter or huntress as a kid why wouldn't it be? she can already feel the child ripping at her insides as she glares at a male running next to the stretcher she's on. She looks over into the mesmorizing and deep ocean blue eyes that seem to look back into her lilac ones as she mumbles threats his way, "I'm gonna kill you...", she states as she glares at him, of course not taking it to heart it's only the pain talking of course, once in the room the doctors and nurses get straight to work on their labored patient.
