Chapter 27 Teenagers

Several years have past since that day....the day the promise was made between all of them...Kali and the others no doubtingly grew up being strong and more powerful but the family only grew bigger and the friendships grew larger. Kali sighs now she had acquired three more kids thanks to her husband after they got married making her list of kids longer, now not only having her adopted son Dante and her biological son Zagan she now has another son and two daughters her third sons name is Atlas then of course there's their first born daughter, Kali thought of something different an unusual but nice name...her first born daughter's name was going to be Nevarmore but Nevar for short while her youngest daughter she named Haziel. Zagan was now a teenager while Lilac now a normal little kid.

With Zagan

Zagan sits by a river in the forest humming slightly as he lays on his back staring at the clear sky before slowly closing his eyes as silence falls over the lovely area, well that is until a certain female dragon shows up with a small smile, looking down at him, "Hello handsome~", she says in a sing song voice making him smile but not open up his eyes, "Hello princess~", he says back in a sing song voice as well. She pokes his cheek, "Hey open your eyes handsome I wanna see your beautiful eyes", she says. Not respond with words but slowly opens his violet eyes and looks up at her; "Happy?", he asks, "Yes", she responds before laying next to him but adjust herself so her heads on his chest as she stares at the sky with him. She thinks for a moment before speaking, "Hey Zagan?", she asks but instead of words she feels him shift his body for a moment before stopping as if letting her know hes listening, "We should make a gang or something like that with all the new friends we'll meet", she says with a smile although he cant see it he smiles as well, "I love the sound of that", he says and sits up making her fall but he re-adjusts her position so shes leaning against him which makes her smile. Zagan looks down at the black hair female wanting to stay by her side for as long as possible to be honest he'd be lying if he said he did have feelings for the female dragon but he doesn't know if he should tell her. The two sit in a comfortable silence until Zagan breaks it, "Hey, um, Ester?", he asks a bit nervously grabbing her attention, "Yes Zagan? Is something bothering you?", she asks with a hint of concern while turning her attention to him. Zagan bites his bottom lip slightly before asking, "Do you... Do you like anyone?", he asks slightly afraid of her answer but gets her attention, "What do you mean by like?", she asks curiously. He looks to the sky, "Like as in a crush, got any?", he asks curiously and she tilts her head slightly, "Yeah I do, hes smart, talented, polite, helpful and above all...he's handsome", she says. Zagan tilts his head going through her description before it hits him, "Wait...its not my brother is it?", he asks definitely knowing it's not him, she let's out a small laugh, "No no not him...but, his older brother is handsome", she says making him raise an eyebrow, "Dante? He's ugly", he says making her laugh, "No no not Dante", she says through her laughter then he gasps, "I knew it!! It's Grayson!!!", hes says and she gasps, "That's your cousin and hes only 6!!!", she says while punching his shoulder playful, "Ok ok hmm is it...Me?", he asks tilting his head seeing her face get all red, "U-um...and if it was?", she asks getting a smirk from him, "Oh if it was me I'd take you on a date then kiss you", he states in a matter of fact tone. She stares at him intensely but before he can say a word her lips collide with his surprising him but he recovers and kisses back. The to continue to kiss until they hear and 'EEEEEEWWWW' come from one of their friends making them pull back and face them. A female with long blonde hair and pink highlights stands there holding a twisted set of arms behind a taller males back as he yells at her to let him go, she smirks and let's him go. The male glares daggers at her but all she does in return is wink which she rolls her eyes at him, "Jackal you dumbass why do you have to be such a pussy?", she says with sarcasm dripping away from her mouth which makes Ester smirk, "Well Savia, He is what he eat", she gives a devilish smirk as it takes the blondea few minutes to register her words, "ESTER YOUR A BITCH!!!!", she shrieks as the black haired girl laughs and gets up running after Zagan gets of her and the boys just stand there and watch in amusement as the girls wrestle on the ground. The boys eventually separate their girlfriends before they all head off to grab lunch.
