Regina was standing by the window in her office, holding a metal ring lovingly, when Mr. Gold came in. He wanted to make a deal with the Mayor, but she wasn't interested, at least not until she heard his proposition: she would make sure the pending charges of his arrest disappeared in exchange for his help with her 'Mary Margaret problem'. Please with these terms, she gladly accepted.

David and Kathryn were eating dinner at home when Kathryn informed her husband that she had been accepted at law school in Boston and suggested they moved there together to have a fresh start. David told her he needed to take a walk to think about it and went to see Mary Margaret. When he told Mary Margaret about Katheryn's plan, they decided to tell her the truth about their relationship so no one would get hurt by the lies.

Wednesday, March 18

Mary Margaret had called both Angie and Emma to Granny's so she could tell them about the new development in her relationship with David. Emma was about to enter the dinner when August came out.

"I've been meaning to bump into you" he said "Matter of fact, I was hoping we might grab that drink you promised"

"Is that you asking me out?" Emma replied

"Well, if putting a label on it makes you more comfortable, sure. Let's call it a date" August said

"I thought you came here to write, find inspiration" Emma commented

"I'm optimistic about our date" he explained

"See, I have a policy: I won't go out with guys who won't tell me their names" the blonde replied "I find it weeds out the ones who like to keep secrets, like they're already married or they store body parts in their freezer. It was nice talking to you" she said stepping around him to get to the door

"It's August" he said, making Emma turn around "August W. Booth"

"Really? With the middle initial?" Emma remarked

"W is for Wayne" August clarified "So, there goes your reason for not meeting me here after work" he told her

Emma decided not to answer him and instead went into the dinner

Mary Margaret had seen August leave and had seen him and Emma talk through the window, so when Emma finally came in, Mary Margaret asked "Who was that?"

"I don't know yet" Emma said, sitting down

"Yet? So you're going to find out?" Mary Margaret insisted

"It's nothing" Emma assured her as Angie came down from her room

"Nothing with you means something" Angie said, having heard her sister "What are we talking about?" she asked, sitting down

"I don't know, I thought Mary Margaret called us here to talk about her" Emma redirected the conversation away from herself

"Yeah, but talking about you is easier right now" Mary Margaret admitted

"What is it?" "What's going on?" Emma and Angie asked their friend

Mary Margaret quickly looked around, then leaned closer and whispered "Remember when you told me to stay away from David and I agreed?"

"Yes" Angie whispered back

"I didn't" the teacher admitted

"Yeah, we know" Emma replied
