Snow Falls - Part 1

Thursday night, October 24

After Emma and Angie left her house, Mary Margaret got ready for her date. She was having dinner with Dr. Whale at Granny's. She had met him when she started volunteering at the hospital.

Unfortunately, the date didn't go well for Mary Margaret. The doctor was barely listening to the conversation because he was more interested in looking over at Ruby as she cleaned some tables.

While walking back home, Mary Margaret saw Emma and Angie talking by the Bug

"I don't like you sleeping in your car" said Angie to her sister

"Yeah, I know. Me neither" replied Emma

"Hey, you guys okay?" Mary Margaret asked when she walked over

"Hey, yeah, Granny's has a "no felons rule" so Emma can't stay there anymore" Angie explained to her

"So you're sleeping in your car?" Mary Margaret asked Emma

"Don't worry, in the world of tight spots I've been in, crashing in my car doesn't even rank in the top 10" the blonde admitted "I'm looking for a place but this town doesn't seem to have many vacancies. None, actually. Is that normal?" she said, throwing the newspaper she was reading inside her car

"Must be the curse" Mary Margaret answered. She then said "I'm glad you decided to stay for Henry"

The twins smiled at her, then Angie asked "Why are you out so late?"

"Well, I'm a teacher, not a nun. I had a date" the teacher explained

"Doesn't seem like it went too well" said Angie

"As well as they ever do" admitted Mary Margaret sadly

"Tell me he at least paid" wondered Emma

"Mm-mm, no" answered Mary Margaret shaking her head slightly "I guess if true love was easy, we'd all have it. You know, if things get... cramped, I do have a spare room" she offered Emma

"Really? Why would you do that?" the blonde asked

"I don't know, ever since you both arrived here, I've had the oddest feeling like we've met before. And, for what is worth, I think you're innocent Emma" Mary Margaret confessed

"Of the breaking and entering or just in general?" teased Angie

"Whatever makes you two feel better" replied Mary Margaret with a smile

"Oh well, um, thanks but, I'm not really the roommate type. It's just not really my thing" Emma answered to the teacher's offer

"It's true. It took me about forever to convince her to move in with me" Angie told Mary Margaret and she assured them it was alright "It's okay. Well, good night. Good luck with Henry"

"Good night Mary Margaret" Angie replied to her as she left. She then turned to her sister "And you too, I'm gonna go to bed too"

"Okay, see you tomorrow sis" said Emma and with that, she got in her car to get some sleep while Angie went back to her room at Granny's.

Hong Kong

August was still deciding what to do about the cure when he met a woman who was also seeking help from The Dragon: Tamara. After having a drink with her and learning why she needs the cure, he saw her money and while she was gone for a minute, he stole it and went to get the cure.

August was about to drink it when Tamara found him, demanding that he gave it to her because he bought it with her money. After a short chase through the streets, she managed to take the cure from him and left.
